When we came to the hotel the stuff wasn't there. We waited for them, but not for a long time, the problem is that they was really not interested in anything. They just give us key of room and said that room is at first floor. They didn't tell us in witch hour is breakfast time, when is check out,...

Room was very small and not enough space to go around bed. Bathroom was tiny, door wasn't able to open because they hit in the toilet seat. It could be cleaner. Best thing about this hotel is location(100m from Bascarsija).

+ good location, friendly staff, nice communal areas - room I had faced a wall and thus had no natural light. -Half the bulbs were also out- including the bathroom( a lamp was there as a replacement) - walls were thin - I suspect my room wasn't cleaned after the first night as towels were simply thrown on my bed...

Very nice and friendly staff. Great location and we had a great view of Sarajevo from our balcony. On the down side is that there was a nasty smell coming from the bathroom and the hair dryer didn't work. There was a spare one in the closet but it meant not being able to dry your hair in front of...

Only spave around door was 2.00 and it was only place when you can put your clothes on you without any exsibition. Breakfest was horrible....

First they put us in room on 3rd floor where windows were low, almost on the floor...bathroom was dirty, and the light wasn't working. We asked for another room. They gave us room 206. That was better but still not great. Some of the lights was broken. Picture on TV was awful, and furniture was old. The worst thing is...

I stayed at the hotel with my husband in January. It's a cozy hotel with beautiful staff. It is placed near the centre of the town. Rooms are a bit small. It was very cold outside but inside the hotel it was very warm, so we had to keep the window open although it was very cold outside. The beds...

“I had a room om the 1sr floor whidh is up one staircase, but is technically still their bottom-level floor. I would definitely recommend this set-up, because even if you luck out and get a top-floor hotel with a pretty good view of the city, is that worth also having only 6-foot ceilings, sloping/angled ceilings, etc. Oh, I almost forgot, but when traveling to Sarajevo, DO KEEP IN MIND that roughly 34-38% of their population are faithful practitiona ofIslam. There is a medium-sized Mosque right next door to Hotel Hayat and, while I lucked out with a room on the opposite side, the women of the group apparently were staying in rooms with a First-Class ticket to the Muslimto tradition of the Morning Prayer blasting out traditional Atabic tonals which one cannot nor should not hit the snooze button to ease the situation.”
