The most unpleasant and dirty hostel i ever been in my whole life. I even don't know where to start, if the toilet with any conditions, if the completely dirty full of hair and cobwebs room where even the sheets and towels used are completely insane or the cockroaches, even dead, saying you hello at the entrance. I think in...

“This place is basically a scam. The owners are entirely unreachable, the bathroom is a shower head rigged over a toilet and the security is so bad the police strongly suggested I'd move elsewhere when they heard where I stayed. DO NOT GO THERE. In addition to that, there was a police raid for a group of criminals that they...

We hadn't had something booked beforehand and upon our arrival we asked to see the rooms and we were told that we only can see them in pictures because they are in a different building and we were talked in checking in and paying everything in advance.... No need to mention that their condition hadn't had anything to do with...

The receptionist will tell you it has a new owner but it is a lie. It's always the same hotel. The room is a kind of school with a bed in the middle. He promised before going a private bathroom and a lie because there is no room with private bathroom. The place is filthy and smells terrible. Not to...

The rooms have no heater for the winter, everything is really old and the shower didn't work while I stayed. The employees were very rude to me and my friends and did not welcome us. The location is the only good thing about this place. I do not recommend it to anyone.

despite the rooms being clean they were scruffy and out dated, the owner seems determined to tell the guests about other guests that are staying there currently and previous guests which is nice but very unnerving for a solo female traveller when you have people knocking on your door saying "hi i hear your alone" lovely thought but not necessarily...

Overall this was a very unpleasant stay, despite the low cost and location being walkable to the train station and walkable to the tourist sites. We arrived at 10am and there was no one working at reception (there is a sign over the door saying 24-0 hours a day). As a result there were 10 tourists waiting in the stairwell...

Sofia was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend ,except for the poor accommodation we've encountered in lack of time .The staff doesn't really care about the guests,we asked for a double room they gave us a triple ,I could't even understand what the reason was,it seemed like the receptionist was talking to himself! The room was OK ,but...

We booked a room with a PRIVATE bathroom and we are expecting it to be an en-suite bathroom. When we were checked in, it was actually a so called private bathroom which is located outside of the room. They call it private because they give us the key to the bathroom, so we can have the exclusivity to lock the...
