I booked this place at the last minute, but got it for a really cheap rate. But I must say for the price it is outstanding. It is a family operation, so the guys running it may not be hospitality experts, but they are friendly and helpful with any questions. I agree that it is difficult to find, but if...

Checked online, they had beds available, didn't book, went straight there. They said at first, no space. Moments later yes, they'd put me in a female dorm, but that they declared as mixed in booking not to have trouble. Checked in, paid, had a shower and was eating when they told me I had to leave, because maybe it would...

Probably the best place for backpackers to stay in Sofia. New apartment with many rooms, fully equipped common part, nice owner and a very good location, just few minutes walking from a city center. Totally recomended.

The address is very difficult to find as its only an A4 sized yellow sine on a wall, then you must walk up a small ally way to get to the door and door bell. I was in a fair sized room to my self and it was well heated and had a TV and power points and a wardrobe...

So we originally liked this hostel and gave it a fairly positive review on booking.com (6,7) after pointing out that some things definitely needed fixing. One or two days after posting the review we received a email from the owner/manager. He basically tore down everything we said and called us "fat and lazy "peep - peep" that should have just...

A very well located pre-soviet building, from 1932. I must say it was a good value. It is clean. New furniture. Hot shower. If your host is call Poli, you would get a great service, she is nice, sweet and extremely helpful. If your host is Rally or what ever her name is, you would get a nasty look, the...

Arriving from the station, the street looks scary,. When we arrived it was some jonkeys taking drugs outside. The hostel is clean but its no air condition and its a bit loud for sleeping with the windows open. For me the worst of this hostel was the bed. It was so old that i couldnt get in and get out...

Situated in central Sofia, a short walk to most of the major attractions it's a shame that the place is so hard to find - I took a cab from the airport and even the taxi driver didn't know where it was! When I booked I had informed the staff at the hostel that I would be arriving at 12...

We slept here for just one night. The advantages of this hostel are: low price, clean rooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a convenient location. Definitely could use a better range of Internet, the possibility of credit card and less keys;). Despite this, stay here remember very nice. Sofia is a city that is worth seeing.
