This is the first night of a 2 night stay and already writing my review.
Lobby: Reasonably well maintained.
Reception: Disorganised can't find booking etc but friendly until you ask a question in English when it all becomes too hard and dismissive/aggressive.
Elevators: Reasonably fast...More
If you are a gambler, then you should go at Ramada Sofia. I think there is the biggest Casino at the ground floor of the hotel.
Position is good if you want to visit around and public services are just few meters away.
Had a bit of a problem with the first room allocated as the fridge as very noisy and I could not have slept in it.
I was allocated a single room which was good enough for the night but soon had to pull the plug...More
The hotel is an old communist building and is very eastern block, they are refurbishing it but the rooms we are in are not done yet. The food is good and reception is nice. But the staff need to go on a customer relation course...More
