Even though it wont match the EU 4 star definition, the stay was comfortable. The front desk is amazing and very helpful. As most of the tourist dont speak, read or write bulgarian script, the help from them is much appreciated. The second best: breakfast. For 5 Eur, you get a wonderful breakfast, they even packed us breakfast to catch...

Good location, but too poor accommodation, very uncomfortable bed,too small room. From the hotel to down town by taxi you can reach for 5-7 min, by walking around 20 min. Good things: nice stuff and very clean place. Not recommended to romantic night.

We stayed there for a 2 night visit to Sofia and I went for Forum compared to cheaper local options as it was higher rated / (4 star hotel). The room lacked basic toiletries like tissue or soap / shower cap. The room was pretty small and not in best shape (rusty shower drain, pealing pain in one spot...) The...

The rooms are nice and clean and the property is well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful: we needed an iron the first day we arrived and while there is not one in the room, I asked at the front desk and they brought one for me. The restaurant is good: nice, big breakfast with many of the foods that...

When I visit Sofia for business, I frequently stay in the Hotel Forum. It is not in the center of Sofia, but close to Tsar Boris III boulevard, so I can reach my business destination easily by tram. If you do not expect elegance, but a good price for a convenient stay, the hotel is quite good. In my repeated...

This hotel together with the restaurant is perfect venue for a wedding. Lovely backyard and a perfect variety of dishes. The staff was very helpful and nice. You get discount of room rates for your guests together with a suit for the married couple.

Room is nice and clean, bathroom looks new, stuff is friendly and helpful, wifi works. And there's good coffee with breakfast! The only things I'd wish here is a king size bad in double room ( now it's 2 beds put together) and a generally more space (room is tight).

Thank Elena J
