Nice hotel located within a 1 minute walk from a metro station, bus stop and tram stop. (You won't need the latter two since the Bucharest subway system us great.) Old city centre and all the major 'things to do' easily reachable.

Noisy, smelly room - hint of tobacco and sometimes toilet reflux. Street noise considerable. No parking - one has to fight with residents and office workers for car spots. Access for taxis precarious.
