If I were on a business trip this would be the ideal hotel. Nicely styled compact room, comfortable beds, great bathroom, workdesk with power points, good TV, aircon, helpful staff, decent continental breakfast, and centrally located close to the metro and a cab rank.

Reasonably priced with the centre accessible via the very close Piata Romana Metro station or via walking.
Breakfast was good.

the crew were so mean, the air condition was broken and they didnt care at all.
location was in the middle of a noisy square and we had too much noises.
the food was poor, i dont recommend to go to this hotel at alll.

Might just get 3 *** maybe because no full service restaurant , etc. But I was not going to Bucharest for a Park Avenue hotel :) It's nice and quiet also as opposed to the Sheraton a block away (more expensive also).
