It is an old fashion hotel situatet in the heart of the city. If you are lucky you can find a parking space colse to the hotel. The personnel is quite friendly and funny. The rooms are for smokers and nonsmokers, but there is no smell in the smokers rooms. It is the perfect place to spend the night is...

Nice staff, expecially Valentina :) Very good breakfast, salty + sweet. Everyday the maids come to tidy up the room and they are very kind. My room is a big suite with 2 couches and 2 toilets. I'm very happy about it

Right prices, nice room, good enough if you just don't spend the whole day inside, just for rest but in the end is quite ok and for sure the design is one of a kind there. The staff was very polite and they gave good directions and recomandations for the guests.

Post Soviet charme, with a big entrance hall and refurbished rooms. Singles seem rather small, but doubles are excellent and spacious with balconies. Friendly staff, okay for location, also laundry service. Bad coffee, but absolutely recommended.

Do not ever think to come here. It is true that they have really cheap rooms but smelly and without bathrooms. The dirtiest hotel I ve ever been. Also, the man in the reception area was very rude. When I was talking about my problems with the disgusting rooms he started talking in romanian and said to me rude words...

Very central the staff are welcoming. The hotel has a mix of people, from tourists to workers. The rooms are small but sharing a bathroom and toilet might put some people off. The location and the price cannot be beaten. The man serving breakfast is a real showman, but the breakfast is a bit grim. Overall excellent price and location.

The staff of the hotel is not nice at all, the lady that attended me upon my arrival wasn't friendly at all, neither the man who was there when I checked out, in fact he was even rude and I felt I was being "kicked out" as I returned the keys due to his attitude, I was going to ask...

I liked the location, because I was at a congress to Sala Palatului and is about 300 meters for that location. For one night in the center of Bucharest, at a single room, I payed 80 ron (around 18 euro). This was the best price in the area! In the morning I loved the coffee.

This is a budget place, but I thought very good value for the price (I paid 17 Euros for a single). The location is central, an easy walk to the Historical Centre (but it is on a small side street - keep the address with you - taxi drivers do not know it). My fifth floor room was small, but...

Pros: -Cheap, central Cons: -Woke up due to live cockroaches crawling over us in the middle of the night, lots of dead ones under the bed. We booked due to inclusion in a lonely planet and we're expecting spartan, but it was disgusting. Much nicer central accommodation is available for not much more in this city. We had two nights...
