This is more like hostel. Located on the 12th floor of the apartment building. Tricky entrance, no signs. Rooms small, but clean. Polite and helpful staff, but you should know at least some Russian in order to be able to communicate. Everything as described in the hotel description. Me and my colleague were really happy about the room price in...

Location is amazing, it is right in the city centre in walking distance to all the major attractions. It's a bit tricky to find, you have to go into the yard and find the correct entrance (first on the right if approaching form Volodymyrova St). Rooms are small, but you have your own bathroom and they are clean. There is...

The location is definitely very good. The reception employ very helpful and kind. But : you will have to...search for a while before you find the way to approach the hotel and reach also the 12th floor were the actual "hotel" is.... The room is tiny and the bed even....smaller that you even can imagine. The bathroom could be a...

Located in a very convenient position, close to popular sites, easy for metro. Great views across to Opera house from many rooms. Handy to have kitchen facilities. Not straightforward to locate entry point, for heavens sake, get a sign on the door! Good value. Staff variable, some great, some not so! Free wifi but inconsistent. All in all, reasonable value.

PRO: Location. Opera house view from 12th floor. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. CONS: Difficult entrance but you can research beforehand, many descriptions on reviews. No personal key for entering mini-hotel. On the other hand it's a safe system...

It is a nice small hotel in the city centre. Walking distance from two lines of metro. Great staff. The most important facilities are available (i.e. shower). The only unpleasant thing, we found someone's dirty t-shirt under our bad, and it remained there for all 3 days we were staying in the hotel.

I must say that the location is great. This is the city center, close to subway. Still there is a problem finding the hotel. Actually it's an apartment with several small rooms, which is nowhere outside indicated as a hotel. You will need to call them. If you ask me what to improve there: 1. Put any kind of sign...

Great location & Price - Cheap and Cheerful (smack opposite the Theatre) A joint metro line stop is around each corner : Zoloti Volota - (meaning Golden Gate - green line) & Teatraina - easy to remember (Tea train a - red line) - I won't attempt to type the cyrillic versions!! This hotel is one block from the Main...

I struggle to rate this property as it really is up to what you seek in your accomodation so rather than listing pros and coms from my personal perspective I've decided to list some facts. - Great location right across the street from the opera house, most major sights within a 10minute walk radius - Very dodgy looking entrance at...
