We stayed here for one night as it is right beside the King Quality bus to Honduras. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. No hot water but this is fairly typical in El Salvador. The internet didn't work in our room as were right at the back of the hotel but it was good in the reception...

The address given on this website is wrong. My friends and I wondered around San Salvador for about TWO HOURS trying to find the hotel. When we thought we had arrived(really nice version of Hotel Villa Florencia Centro) we found out it was Hotel Villa Florencia Zona Rosa; the receptionist told us we were in the wrong branch and gave...

This a nice and clean hotel, but the big problem is that it is located in a scary and dangerous area. If you are looking for a safe and still centrally located area, then prefer san benito, escalon or zona rosa hotels

Though the facilities were not horrible, the pictures are A LOT nicer than the real thing. AC took a bit to get going and there was not hot water. Wifi was not fast enough for me to do any work. But what was really disconcerting is that the neighborhood is extremely unsafe and we were recommended to take private car...

We had reserved a queen bed. They took us up 3 flights of narrow stairs in an open courtyard(partly finished). This room had a bed that only 1 person could sleep on, only a ceiling fan, tiny tiny bathroom, window only had shutters that would have to be open with no bars or screen on window. Someone could have stepped...

I've seen some complaints about this hotel and I just want to say that this is a great hotel. If you're staying in San Salvador for 1 or 2 nights and need a central place to crash and yet be comfortable, then this is for you. But you have to have the right attitude. Villa Florencia doesn't have hot water....

This was a good place to stay in San Salvador. Reasonable price and good location. When we arrived to the tica bus terminal they suggested you to stay in the Hotel San Carlos next door. But we are so glad we didn´t stay there. It seemed dirty, basic and it is totally overpriced. Instead we took a taxi to Hotel...

A very nice interior set up but staff speak only Spanish and this might be a big problem. It is located centrally and near the historic centre. Easy to walk to the main attractions of san salvador. we stayed three days.

Rooms were good for the price. Grounds felt very safe. Like mentioned by others, it is 45 mins from the airport. We only had 14hrs in San Salvador, so when we arrived we found a bar on the corner about a block away where we had a few beers before calling it a night. The next morning we hired the...

It was a 45 minute ($25.00) cab ride from the airport, this hotel Is very small & hard to find. The hotel lobby is decorated in a nice southwestern decor. Front desk clerk very friendly & called cabs for me whenever I needed. The rooms themselves are very small & bare but does have wall mounted A/C & a small...

“I paid for the A/C oppossed just having a fan. I'm not sure how well the A/C worked. I also paid for a double even though I was alone. That way I had a place to put my stuff. You might not need the extra bed.”
