Sadly, This hotel did not meet our expectations. It looks fairly new and maybe not quite ready. Location is difficult to get to it and can be confusing with heavy traffic. Most of the staff are very attentive but needs to improve. Room was clean but had no towels till we asked. Room design is a bit add.no small refrigerator in room ,which is essential in El Salvador to keep cool drinks. we stayed only two nights, which I was glad we did not booked any more.Pool is small. bar did not know drinks. we ended walking away as did not even had the drink that were being advertised. Positive: Breakfast buffet was very good and across street there is many restaurants. Views to Volcano are beautiful .
We came to this hotel a year ago for vacations, we left this hotel looking forward to come back and here we are again enjoying one more time our stay in this beautiful hotel, since you enter to its premises you are welcome the staff from the front desk are extremely friendly they recognized us immidiately so they welcome us with a hug they make us feel like a home. Same happen when we made use of the cafeteria we can tell how happy they were to see us again but we were more happy to see them again. Last but not least the housekeeping personal they were also very happy to see us again they are as everybody in this hotel so professionals and friendly and always making sure that we counts with all we need in our room. We will leaving the hotel in a couple of days but I can assure God's will that we will again looking forward to come back for our next vacations, thank you to those that work behind scenes like the people in charge of the reservations online and other office people that we not see but that we know they there to help us anything. Thank you...thak you...thank you all and God bless you!!…
I've stayed at this hotel twice this year and have been pleased with the hotel overall. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying. The price is somewhat high during the weekdays I assume for business travellers and they add $10.00 for an additional guest than 1, maybe this is normal but I have not noticed this before. The staff is friendly but could use some training in hospitality. I assume they do not speak English but am not sure as I am fluent in Spanish. I am staying there again on December 31st with my family.
Excellent service is the trade mark of this hotel, rooms are not the best but service alone makes the stay pleased. Complementary morning breakfast has a variety of fresh and delicious options and the all you can eat pupusas are and excellent treats.
The hotel is centrally located right near the US Embassy. The service was excellent and the staff was bilingual in English and Spanish, for the most part. The hotel was clean and neat. I'll definitely be staying there again!
Service was good, front desk personnel cordial Breakfast was too expensive.. I'd stay again, but eat breakfast somewhere else. my stay was not too long so i did nit get to see the rest of the facilities. i hope to enjoy all facilities next time
Had a wonderful stay. Great service from all the staff. Thank you for all the accomodations. Amazing costumer service. Rooms are very clean and neat. Stay met my expectations. Thank you for a great stay.
Very nice, clean, safe hotel located in a good area close to the US Embassy. We arrived very late at night, and the gentleman at the front desk even called my phone to make sure everything was ok and that we would still be checking in. I apologized for coming so late and he said it was no problem at all, he would wait for us. When we arrived, he promptly checked us in after a quick temperature check to enter the building as required by law currently in El Salvador due to the Covid-19 situation. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable we did not want to get up the next morning! The room on the seventh floor was very quiet and had lovely views of the city. My wife unfortunately came down with a sinus infection while we were on our trip (not Covid!) and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even bringing us some cups of hot water so we could make tea. The room had plenty of clean towels, toiletries, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower, etc. The hotel is also well-lit and has 24 hour security to ensure your safety. Highly recommend to all!…
The hotel told us that for our safety no one will enter our room while we stay but the hotel made mistakes and sent the house keeper to enter our room in pandemic time. The service was terrible when we asked what we need towels and etc, no one came to sent any.
Stayed at this hotel for on a business trip, great friendly staff from the maids to the folks at the front desk, I included on my title, difficult situation, due to the COVID19 pandemic had hit several countries within Central America, and El Salvador presisent, the staff there was helpful on providing updates on the situation, and assisted me on a quick checkout as I needed to leave the country before being quarantined , its been several months now, and I hope all the staff is healthy and in good spirits.
