As I promised my audience. I still stand by my words Barcelo hotels are one of a kind. Excellent customer service and a wonderful pleasant experience. If you have not stayed with Barcelo hotels you need to try them and become a Unique Customer. This one particular hotel in San Salvador is in one of the best locations in San Salvador, Zona Rosa, beautiful neighborhood, lots of business and great food. Talking about food, the Garden Court Restaurant is one of the best with a great variety. The seafood chowder was my best meal. The executive lounge in the 10 floor great snacks and food with excellent service by Flor. Rooms are like new and cleaned daily. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You won’t regret it. I want to say thank you to Lenin, the service manager, for making sure that we had a wonderful memorable experience. Thank you to the front desk for their professionalism.…

I had a very nice experience. Staff very friendly. Marco the taxi driver is the best. Wendy at the front desk was nice and super helpful. The buffet in the morning was worth the price. We stayed on the 10th floor. My friend said the hallway smelled like smoke. But the room did not smell like smoke. My only problem was at night they did construction and we could hear it. Other than that the location was nice. We were in walking distance of a lot of things literally. But if you want to go to the beach it is not walking distance. So the beach is like 45 mins away. I didn’t get it in pool but the pool area is okay. The jacuzzi was nice. The hotel water was nice and hot. I really can’t complain that much. I would stay here again.

I visited the hotel for a friend's wedding. The Hotel Barcelo exceeded my expectations. The location was good - next to a mall and multiple good restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable, my room was cleaned everyday. The staff at the front desk were particularly helpful and were available 24/7!

Friendly staff and great rooms. The food is excellent and the choices are outstanding. I recommend this great place to any tourist wether it’s business or pleasure. You will love this place. There are so many places to eat and drink in the area.

Safe and secure, very nice people and overall this place is locate in the business area. There are stores, like grocery restaurants. El Salvador is a place that everybody can visit without worries, drive everywhere and enjoy the people, food and everything that the country offers. There is no limits, because is so much that this little country has it self.

The hotel is very nice, the location is also excellent. The hotel staff is lacking a little bit of customer service skills however if you can oversee this will definitely love it. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by.

From the person at the door that greets you all the way to housekeeping, the service was wonderful. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was average, and dated, although it had all the amenities you expect to see: shower cap, toothpaste, blow dryer, etc...Staying on a VIP floor gives you a couple free cocktails and finger food at your disposal,. But the hotel is showing its age, the elevator is slow, and you can just see the greatness of the hotel may have been about 30 years ago. The hotel is located close to nice eating establishments and close to many of my meetings.
