I stayed here in November. I don't recall any shuttle service being available from airport. If you check out some of the guides to Central America, the Rough Guide and Lonely Planet, they often tell you if a place offers free shuttle service to airport. The hotel is close to the Tica bus station which makes it popular for international travelers going to other countries. The guides will also tell you the best way to and from airport.
