To be honest, I didn't really know what to expect, but for the price I paid, I expected more than what I got. To start with we were given a room wherein the wifi didn't work, nor did the water. The ladies at the desk did try and help out, but in the end we had to repack our bags...

I was disappointed by the difference between the sunny, airy apartments as seen on the site, and the dark, quit small room we were eventually given. Having breakfast at the hotel proved impossible due to some unforeseen circumstance. Last but not least, the showers are a real health hazard due to electric current running through the plumbing, and my friendly...

You don't need more than one night in Managua and this place will suit you fine as a base. The day staff was quite friendly and efficient, although the night guard was totally the oposite. But service overall was good (they helped us with all our requests and even offered air-con for free) and location absolutely perfect if you have...

My first hotel in Managua was a dump, so I consulted my Lonely Planet travel book, and that's where I found Hotel Cisneros. It's in a nice residential neighborhood with lots of tall trees, and the courtyard is beautiful. I got a single for US$35/night. Breakfast is included, and the coffee is excellent! The owner, Priscilla Cisneros, is fun and...

Found the staff, courtyard and small on-site restaurant a nice addition. Establishment is old and family run, but our room had an odor like old smoking rooms. Fortunately we stayed only one night. Beds were very hard.

I stayed here with my wife last weekend but was the first time in Hotel Los Cisneros and was an unforgettable experience. Everything was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the staff is really friendly always smiling, in other words the service was outstanding every day. However, what surprised me most was the excellent service of the night´s front desk...

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Managua with good rates because I felt this place like my own home. We've stayed here several times on business and have never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful! We just came back from there and can't wait to return. Moreover I love to wake up and go directly to the...

The stay was comfortable enough and the staff were welcoming but I paid a little more for an appartment and was disappointed to find no utensils at all were provided so unless you are in the habit of travelling with pots and pans cooking is not feasible. Also if you are staying less than a week it is an extra...

We spent one night in Managua and we chose Los Cisneros after having seen 5 or 6 other places in Martha Quezada neighbourhood. It looks nice, the garden is a plus, I'd say the best about this place. We had a small room for four, as we preferred to pay less. The place is not cheap compared to the other...

I stayed at this place at their most expensive room for 3 nights and requested a cheaper, smaller room. They offered me a room for 29 dollars a night, while the common price is 19 dollars!!! In other words, the people look nice, but cannot be trusted. Further on some rooms have noise from the bar nearby at night.
