The hotel has great price to quality ratio. Breakfast was nice, there are several options to choose from, also hours when its offered are favorable. Enough electric outlets, well positioned. Good hotel location (walking distance to Casco Viejo, big bus station (5 de Mayo) closeby that serves many locations, including Albrook and Panama Viejo. Staff, cleanliness OK. Rooftop pool is a good way to refresh! There is a bar also and considering we were in the top floor I have to say that the music on Sat evening didn’t bother us. The only two things that bothered me are one mattress in a queen bed - when my friend moved, I woke up - and thin walls. There were some people talking super loudly in the morning on the hallway so we woke up.

Looks better in photographs than it actually is and is in a less than salubrious part of the city, yet the rooms are fine yet for the fee charged I would not criticise this property overall except that the pool is not very alluring.

The hotel is close to many popular tourist destinations, and finding a taxi in the area is so easy. Right around the corner from the hotel is a bakery and store for supplies. And the roof top pool and bar is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an older building and the decor is somewhat dated, but it’s clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for high end, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a great economical place to stay, look no further! We had fun and really enjoyed our stay

After reading many hotel reviews for Panama City, I finally chose this hotel based on its facilities, free breakfast, location and price. As such, we were not disappointed. The room was large and on the 10th floor, close to the rooftop bar and pool: The staff on reception and breakfast were a bit surly, with eye-rolling and sniggering observed. However; the barman on the rooftop was friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop bar area was great in all directions. The hotel arranged an excellent driver (Robert) to take us places on our first day, including Mirreflores, Causeway, PanAmercia Bridge; Cusco Viejo. We ended up hiring him directly on the second day too and he took us to Soberina National Park. The hotel is located outside of the touristy areas so its possible to witness local life in the city: It is only a short walk to the sea where there's a paved path in both directions -great for exploring. Having said that, people have warned us not to walk aound the area late at night by ourselves and while it didn't feel too seedy, we heeded that advice. The barman was very friendly and helpful and the ceasar salads we ate were fresh and tasty The free breakfast included hot options along with fruit, coffee and juice. Not many negative things to say except the traffic noise was quite loud even on the 10th floor and the toilet didn't flush properly

I think this will be a better option for everyone because it is a really economical spot with a great attentio. I was there an i pass a good stay there. It is too near for touristic places, you just have to take a taxi or maybe you can walk and feel the aventure of panamenian´s street...The food was too caribean like his name lol. The room was too comfortable and warml. the only thing that they have to get better is that this hotel have to make more activities for guests.

This hotel is located between the new city with its skyscrapers and Casa Viejo the old town and perhaps not in the best neighbourhood but in the 5 nights I stayed I had no problems. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and helpful (but you will need some Spanish) and the rooms comfy. I was on the 10th floor nice big comfortable bed, good aircon and a clean and functioning bathroom. Restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. It also has a nice pool on the top floor which provides panoramic views over the city.

Needed an economical spot for one night while in transit through Panama Hotel had agreed to arrange for a taxi at airport for me as it was my first time in Panama City. He never showed. Pre-booked with a broker and that posed no problem.Reception staff speak little or no English so be prepared to use your Spanish. They were helpful and patient though. Room was huge though pretty basic. I didn't like the security on the door or on the windows and had to add some devices I carry to feel secure. A/C was up to the task of the hot and humid climate. Small TV and little or no English channels. Bathroom facilities were adequate with some amenities provided but no hair dryer. Restaurant provides a tasty continental breakfast and has a decent menu. I ate lunch there and while the service was good, the meal quality was not great. My pork chops ( I asked for the ribs) were overcooked to the extreme. The front desk did provide an extra hour for checkout due to late flight which was handy. The area around the hotel is not particularly clean and has little to visit. A stroll up Ave. Peru does offer a few distractions and spots to eat. There is a nice pool on the roof with great views of the city. The bar there does not open until 1 pm though. The price was very competitive but next time I am in Panama I think I will spend a few more dollars and find a slightly better spot, in a better area.
