My husband and spent the first two nights of our 10 day trip to Panama at Las Clementinas. It is a beautiful, well restored boutique hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo. We stayed in Room #7 which is located off the courtyard in the back of the main building. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We enjoyed...

This is a beautiful spot and a great base to explore Casco Viejo from. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the service is superb. The rooftop deck was boasts an amazing view and is a great place to enjoy breakfast. The bistro on the ground floor is also very tasty. We would definitely stay here again the next time...

Dear rachelmiura, I'm glad you hear that you were able to explore and enjoy your time in Casco. There is so much to do here that time just gets away from you. I hope you come back soon to Panama City and let us take care of you again..

Interesting, unique hotel with warm service and attention and a good location within the old historic district. Much on-going construction and noise were a detriment. Rooms were very large and the showers beautifully tiled.

I'm writing this as I sit in the lounge of Room 3 of what is really more of an apartment than a hotel room, definitely. Beautifully furnished with a chic fusion of antiques and classy modern furniture, this is a lovely place to stay. Gorgeous plantation style dark wood floors, huge pot plants, long curtains, rugs etc. The bed is...

Take care when booking that you get what you expect. We didn't! We thought we had booked one of the original, six, spacious rooms with loads of space, somewhere to sit and good facilities. We were shown to one of these initially. As we were unpacking after a long flight, someone came to tell us we had been given the...

Dear VFLondon, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about our hotel. I apologize for the bad experience you had with the noise of the neighbors, and with the room assignment. I talked to the Front Desk staff about this and they confirmed that the reservation was booked through a Tour Operator Agency, and the agency asked...

This charming hotel is located right in the midst of the Old City. The view from the rooftop restaurant looks across the water to the high rises and is lovely. We unfortunately had to leave too early for breakfast up on the roof, but they prepared fruit and yogurt for us to take with us. We received good service. We...

Over rated hotel, good location and friendly staff, but for US$ 280 ++. Lousy laundry service returns your clothes thrown as a ball in a supermarket plastic bag, shirts not ironed ... Breakfast offers canned juice in a country with plenty of oranges and only one small option of a set menu, if you wish to get more you need...

Worst room we ever stayed in - noise on street till 4 am.We did not catch any sleep. Lot of garbage on the street side of out room and couldn't open any window, therefore ! the receptionist José was very helpful, but as an employee couldn't do anything about hotel inconveniences.Moves to Inter Continental Miramar , even at better rate...

Dear robbyhendrickx, Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry that you could not get any rest during your stay with us at Las Clementinas. We are actively working together with the neighbors to find a win-win solution to the noise issue that they cause. Additionally, we ordered some special noise reduction windows and doors to change the ones we...

The staff is marvelous! Each of them is thoughtful and helpful in answering a million questions about restaurants or interesting things to see and do in the area. The decor is terrific as well. I felt I wanted to move in permanently.

Wonderful place in old Panama City. Breakfast (included) on the roof was very nice in spite of the 5 story climb. The room was large, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It included a full kitchen complete with a good supply of cooking utensils and dishes. Especially liked the coffee maker which, unlike most hotels nowadays, was not...
