We stayed here for 2 nights en route to Bocas Del Toro for a week's catamaran cruise. Even though we arrived very early the room was made available to us and the receptionist was very welcoming. Lunch was absolutely delicious, a small unassuming restaurant looking onto the gardens where we saw an iguana, a coati, monkeys and a sloth within...

Mostly this place made me giggle.... It's a small hotel that is perfect for a one night stay coming or going as it's not too far from the airport and very near the Albrook Mall bus station. The staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating, especially considering how horrendous my Spanish is! The room itself was extremely...

It says something about the bedroom when the most interesting thing about it was the tiles on the shower wall. White floors, white ceiling, white walls, white bedding.... No colour anywhere. I picture or two really wouldn't go amiss! Yes the rooms were huge with sofas, dining table, kitchenette, huge walk in wardrobe (with no hangers) but there was nowhere...

Only about 1 km from terminal of Albrook Airport. Fare is "standard" $5 but what you save is time and assurance of not getting stuck in traffic. Hotel a bit rustic surrounded by natural vegetation at the rear. Looks like and surrounded by barracks. Hotel cafe food is good and reasonably priced by Panama standards. Some of the staff are...

Although this hotel isn't of the first quality, it certainly was suitable for our late night arrival and early departure from the local airport. The rooms were adequate, clean, and safe and the staff were wonderful. We were able to take a walk around the residential area and found it charming. The 3 story tall U.S. Muffler Man was fun...

Well, this place is a little cheaper than some and a heck of a lot harder to locate. But, when you get here you will be able to step back into the 1960s. The joint is definitely WAY old and has had no upgrades. Of course the swimming pool is not heated, but that is SOP for Panama. It is...

Albrook Inn is a converted former US military barracks and some of the rooms almost have that 'detention block' feel to them (ours opened onto the ice machine, washing machines and water boilers....which maybe OK got GI's but not for tourists). There is no laundry service - the machines we saw were DIY and seemed to take ages so we...

Second time I have stayed here. Not sure why all the negative reviews, one of the best rooms you can get anywhere on earth for $50 a night! Walking distance to the airport, and the Rey store, it sits in the quiet Albrook neighborhood. We were in the new building this time, and the room had a nice "wow" factor....
