I am a reluctant solo traveler. Push come to shove, decided to do this trip solo after multiple cancellations by friends and family. The Hilton is on Balboa Ave which is on a major artery. The hotel was very clean. After a simple explanation, easy to navigate. You enter on L1 but the next ten floors are a garage. So your next stop is L2 - ten floors up where the spacious lobby, bar and restaurants are located. Check in was extremely quick. My lack of Spanish was not an issue. I was assigned the 15th floor (balcony) with an amazing view of the harbor.The room was very clean, well appointed and modern. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to YULEIKA and Marlenys- the hostess/ manager of the Society Cafe the breakfast area. There treated me like family. The hotel highlights includes very well stocked gym - open 24 hours- a large variety of equipment, the free breakfast and the pool area. Yes I did some work while on vacation. There is a small casino accessible through the hotel. The general area on Balboa is ideal. Close to some really tasty local eateries, next to a safe, elevated skywalk and several malls of varying sizes. …

Well my experience in the Hilton hotel was amazing,the room was clean and smell good,do to pandemic in the breakfast room we were being served, everyone was very good to me.I can’t forget Francisco he tried so hard to accommodate me with a beautiful room and a terrific view ,he took very good care of me.Rafael before the pandemic he was in the diamond room but it was closed they relocated him i was so happy to see him working at the restaurant/bar he always look out for me.I have been coming to this hotel every year for three years in a row i would recommend it to everyone.

Large hotel. Check in process was smooth. The room was adequate, poor water pressure in sink, shower and toilet ( frequent flushes necessary). Great view of city. The gym contained assorted weights and plenty cardio equipment, adequate. The restaurant adjacent to pool was excellent serving healthy meals and waitresses were outstanding and ran the place effeciently. Great location in the midst of everything. Lots of elevators, can be confusing at first, you need to take different ones to leave building as they stop at different levels. Overall adequate hotel. Nothing in mini fridge is free and buffet breakfast adequate. Overall hotel very clean.

I would recommend this hotel but would suggest you spend the extra money for the suite. We had a kitchen, dining room, living room and second bathroom and a balcony which REALLY improved our ability to relax and enjoy ourselves. Dylan at the front desk was SUPER helpful! My husband misplaced his wedding ring and he was able to get that back to us!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for New Year’s, and I cannot say enough about the Hilton at this location. They had a beautiful bar with a beautiful view of the ocean. People were pleasant and helpful and they even had pine scent wafting through the entire hotel, which smelled heavenly. The beds were comfortable, the service was fantastic and the views were amazing.

How each customer may have additional requirement or need. as if one require or need any further assistance. Overall this was a very nice location and has so much to offer. If my payments includes breakfast why not have a choose as to having breakfast in either location within the hotel.. The normal thing is I do not speak or my English is not good... Help or try.. Room was nice, check in was tedious and check out even worse. Worst experience was that I was charged for 12 drinks when I had 4 light beers ($62). I was paying for three other friends drinks and there was a language barrier, so I let it go. If you order here, make sure it is priced in the menu so your bartender doesn’t just make stuff up. Also second trip where my key card didn’t work after noon on the second day. Gym is okay, nice view. Lunch was good.

Great place. Nice and clean freindly. Spoke great english, did not laugh at my spanish. Great veiw, pool was nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Little bit of everything. Lots of food and bars near by. The walk way along the ocean goes for a mile and very safe.

Overall it was a great stay. Location of the property is nice. We were in Panama for the first time. We did some sightseeing. All the front desk was nice and accommodating. Ms. Addis was the best. We did found some repairs issue but it was addressed right away. We did found minor housekeeping issue. What ever reason they were not vacuuming the floor. Overall all the staff was helpful. Rooms were spacious had a nice view. We really enjoyed the breakfast, pool and fitness center. Highly recommended. If we ever go back to Panama City will definitely stay here.

The hotel is centrally located, our room was super clean and the staff were professional and pleasant! The breakfast included in the room rate is outstanding with all kinds of options and omelet station and various fresh juices were a pleasant way to start the day. The concierge Marcelo assisted with our activity request which made our stay even better and Dylan at the Front Desk. And since I am in the hospitality industry this was surely a treat, Thank you!
