Sleepy Time Motel was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed there based on other TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. The rooms were very clean and neat as a pin. The location is just off the Maine Turnpike and in a very quiet area. The owners were very kind and take great pride in caring for the motel. We will...

My husband and I have stayed at the Sleepy Time Motel several times when visiting our daughter at Bates. The rooms are clean. The owners are very helpful and nice. The hotel is in close proximity to the college. The room rates are reasonable.

Pristine inside and out. If there is a speck of dirt here, I didn't see it. No smoking. Amazing detailed comforts. Beds terrific with generous pillows and spare blanket if needed. Old timey, six rooms only, motor court style with high end furniture including desk and table with two chairs, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, even a reclining rocker. Only reason for...

What a great place to stay. We rented 2 rooms for a night and had a comfortable, quiet and restful night. The owners were very attentive, made us feel welcomed and made sure our needs were met. We will be booking again on our next trip to Auburn. We would recommend SleepyTime to anyone who needs to stay in the...

Looking for a great small hotel in the Auburn area? Go visit Mark and Lynn at Sleepytime. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and quiet. Plus if you like nature there are hiking trails on the property. One of the best I have stayed at. It is a small hotel with six rooms, so book early. I highly recommend it if you...

This is a small motel owned and operated by a very nice couple - Mark and Lynn. They are welcoming, helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. My room was immaculate and comfortable every day of my 8 night stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in (not just at hotels or motels, either). The motel...

We had planned to stay in a nearby hotel, but the reviews were pretty bad. The owner of Sleepytime was very friendly and interested in why we were in the area. He walked us to our room. It was immaculate. We felt right at home and slept very well. Great to have bottles of water in the fridge in the...

This little Mom & Pop motel is beautiful and immaculate. The owners, Mark and Lynn, do all the work at the motel and grounds. They are so nice and friendly. They want to make sure you feel at home in their really nice rooms. We would have stayed a week if it had been closer to our destination, Bar Harbor....

I have been several times in this nice motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It has fast and good WiFi. The whole complex is well maintained and very clean. I appreciate that smoking and pets are not allowed, which means it smells naturally clean and not as though it was just sprayed. I'll like to come back again

This little motel was wonderful! It was clean and bright on the outside and clean and homey inside. The owners are really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. They maintain this property about as perfectly as possible. One morning a tiny little tile popped out of the bathroom floor and my husband set it up on...
