The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and they offered a great breakfast. There was also a nice indoor pool. We will definitely stay at Hampton Inn again, it is in a convenient location and overall a nice hotel.

This hotel is so close to shopping. The staff is very friendly and professional. We have always enjoyed our stay at this location. I also find this hotel cheaper than other locations which is a bonus.

This is the place to go if you are looking for an easy, comfortable and efficient place to be outside Augusta. We were visiting relatives in Hallowell, and this hotel was plenty close. The complimentary breakfast (including waffles and an egg/meat offering) was convenient, and was available until 10. Newspaper provided. Other family members enjoyed the pool. Beds very comfortable.

Had to stay overnight in the Augusta area last week, and picked this hotel because of the good reviews and we like the restaurant next door. We were greeted by friendly desk staff, our room was quiet and pleasant, and the HVAC unit didn't make strange noises or fluctuate temperature all night. Staff was all very friendly and professional. This Hampton Inn is very nice; clean; centrally located; courteous staff. We stay here often when in the area. Great restaurants in the area; good shopping near hotel and 5 minutes up the highway is more shopping. Could have a Dunkin'Donuts or Tim Hortons a bit closer but can do coffee at the hotel! Handy to A.C.Moore and Lowes

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I asked directions for a local way to drive to Gardiner w/o taking the turnpike and the desk clerk gave me easy-to-follow directions that not only made the drive easier but took me through a pretty town with nice shops. The hotel hits all the benchmarks I expect from a Hampton...

Have you ever really liked the hotel coffee? The answer is no. However, the coffee here is something to look forward to. Everything else was just fine. Will stay here again when in the area. Staff was friendly enough.
