It was very nice, people was so nice and very Pura Vida! The owner was a good person and the bed was fine for me! I recommend this hostel. The location is perfect, is near of "Mercaditos" and have a good vibre. The roommates were very cool people! It's a good place to make friends!

We took the bus to Antigua from Guatemala City. We did not have a pre-arranged place to stay. We were able to get a room with two beds and a private bathroom. We are a family of three so preferred a little privacy. Everyone we met at the hostel was very nice. It was definitely reasonable place to stay for...

Myself and a friend rented a room for a week. Everything was seemingly fine until we inquired about missing possessions. We politely asked if anyone could have access to our room, never accusing anyone of stealing from us. We continued looking and eventually found the items. What followed from the owner, Cristian, was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Over a phone...

I did not use the accommodations here but booked a 4am shuttle to Guatemala City from them to pick me up from my hostel at Three Monkeys hostel. Gave them the address and they assured me they knew where the hostel was. 4am comes next day and no one shows up after 45 minutes, so I walk to the hostel...

Room was normal, couple single beds, kept clean. Think we paid $17US per night. There is no hot water in the bathrooms. The guests were annoying...people next to us were incredibly loud at 4 in the morning blasting music as they got ready for whatever they were doing several days in a row. Stayed here for 2 nights and were...

We stayed for a couple of days in that place. We also booked some Vulcan-tours. The Service around was always very friendly. Even by changing already booked tours was the manager very helpful, so we had a beautiful time in antigua and around.

I'm not overly picky when it comes to choosing a hostel based on price - but when you find bugs in your bed and the receptionist claims the manager won't answer his phone when asked for a refund - I am heavily unimpressed. Staff were kind, but a lack of responsibility from the manager or anyone who could make a...

Our stay here was not the worst I've ever had but that was mainly due to the big group of people I was hanging out with. The accommodation itself leaves a lot to be desired. The room was clean enough but on the first morning I was covered in what I though were mosquito bites. On closer inspection it turns...

Stayed for a night from Wednesday to Thursday. Normally normalt the busiest days of the week. Was lucky there was a big family of 20 with little kids. The staff (or who is wondering around) was ok. Dorm was terrible, mattresses worst ever and dorm is next to public area. They have a policy after 10pm should be quiet nut...
