The hotel is a small bed and breakfast located at the end of Antigua. The massages are the best!, service is great, they only have one room for the spa so you need to make your spa reservation early.. If you want to visit the main attractions in Antigua you will need to walk a lot.

We loved out time at Casa Madeleine! The room was very comfortable, but the highlight was the gorgeous breakfast each morning and the helpfuul and friendly staff! It is well located just outside the centre of town which means it is very quiet. We would highly recommend.

This was our first time to visit Antigua and we chose this property based on reviews here and on other travel sites. I can tell you the hotel is as good or better than the reviews. The courtyard was beautiful. The rooms well done and very appropriate. The breakfast that was included was very good. The service is excellent. The...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Casa Madeleine in May 2012 for two nights, and then again for one night at the end of our trip. I booked online, so I was a little wary of what we get once we were there, but once we got off the bus from Guate, we were really pleasantly surprised. It's small, and...

First of all, I'd like to say that the summary is that I enjoyed my stay at Casa Madeleine. For what I was looking for, it got the job done. Pros: 1) The location was great for me. The reason is that I was attending an event at the Cesar Branas hall which was pretty much around the corner. If...

I had just come from a busy week long cruise to the Sapodilla Keys in Belize and wanted to rest up before heading back to Canada. The ambience at Casa Madeleine was very relaxing, the service was attentive without being obtrusive, and the very comfortable bed was heaven after a week on a hard ship's bunk. The breakfasts on the...

Casa Madeleine is a place with lots of character and charm, but there were a couple of things that kept it from getting a full 5 star rating. Overall, I thought that the staff at Casa Madeleine did a great job of making us feel welcome and were a good source of information. I appreciated having a range of choices...

Didn't really have any idea where to stay in Antigua, and my instinct was to go with one of the more expensive options (it was still only about $80 USD/night) The casa is very clean and beautifully kept, with tons of flowers and adequate places to relax. The rooms were also kept extremely clean. My friend and I came down...
