Very friendly personnel. Very helpful. Free WiFi in the room. Free water (water is very expensive in the shops in Antigua). Clean, relatively spacious rooms, we booked one with private bathroom (also clean). It is indeed on a central location, nice rooftop, with views on the Agua Volcano and the whole city. They can assist you with transportation and local...

Very good stay with friendly staff and a nice rooftop terrace we enjoyed each day. Good location with pretty quiet for being right in the city. We were on the 3rd floor with stairs only. Only one short walk to San Fernando cafe with great coffee

This is my go to place to stay whenever I'm in Antigua. It's nothing fancy but the rates are very reasonable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it is conveniently located, and the service is great! There is nothing else like this in Antigua in this price range. Spend a little more for a room on the top floor with...

Bare-bones rooms but great service, great location, and the 24-hour tea and coffee on the roofdeck was clutch! For the price, this was a great value in Antigua. I made my reservation here based on the great reviews and they were definitely accurately described!

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at Casa Cristina - I would echo all the good comments and descriptions from others. We stayed on the third floor in room 12 for two nights and were kindly given a free upgrade to room 11 (slightly larger) the last night. Very charming, clean and quiet. The rooftop terrace was great for...

I stayed at Casa Cristina just under a week and prior to my stay I communicated frequently with both Rosario and Karin who were attentive, friendly and endlessly helpful. I very much enjoyed my room on the third floor as there was less foot traffic and I was next to the staircase leading to the rooftop garden and seating area...

I will echo the other rave reviews about this place. Rosario, the owner, is the perfect hostess and full of useful information and tips. The friendly staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. I love the fact that a lot of NGO staffers and volunteers stay here, and the 3rd floor reading room offers a comfortable place to meet fellow travelers....

My husband and I stayed at Casa Cristina for 11 days when we were studying at the Don Pedro Language School. Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and comfortable. There was some noise that traveled through the stairwell as people moved about in the hallway, but we did not hear the guests in the next door room....

Off the main roads, this little hotel doesn't suffer from traffic noise. Though you will hear volcanoes church bells and other visitors as noise carries. Help yourself to instant coffee and great views from the terrace. The rooms are small but plenty of hot water is a plus.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are basic and could do with a bit of colour, but great for the price. We noticed a very bad drain smell on the ground floor, but thankfully we were upstairs and there was no smell. Staff were warm and friendly and resolved an error on their behalf quickly and graciously. Shower...
