Clean, well decorated, staff were excellent, great breakfast. What else do you need? The rooms are wonderfully decorated, the bathrooms are surprisingly modern and always clean. The receptionists are always nice (especially Pricilla who was ever helpful, patient and quick to respond) - as are the other staff, the breakfast was plenty and lovely, central, and they book pretty much... I have stayed 1night in a privat room and 1 night in a dorm :) I really liked both options;) Privat room was cosy and comfy. There was plenty of space in a dorm, normal beds (not the bunk beds like always in dorms). Super clean bathrooms. Also very pleasant patio on the roof top with nice view. And whats... More

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The breakfast was great and everything had a very welcoming vibe. The staff were helpful, but we did have some trouble trying to move our reservation later by one day. Initially we couldn't do it because they were full, but when we couldn't make it that night and had already... More

Great staff, very helpful and so kind! The interior is very cosy, excellent breakfast (eggs made to your taste, pancakes,...), located in a quiet street but just a few minutes from the main square. The views are amazing, from where you can see el fuego erupting. We really loved this place! The only thing we recommend is that they serve... More

This hostel offered a good breakfast with a nice breakfast area with hammocks and seating area. There is only shared bathrooms but plenty of options. The showers are good and hot. Good wifi and a great location. It is kept very clean and they also offer a travel service.

We stayed here for three nights and it was so nice. The girls in the reception are very nice and helpful and speaks English. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the girls are cleaning at the hostel all the time. There is a small kitchen you can borrow. The breakfast is like everyone says very good! Beans, potatoes,... More

I booked 2 nights because of the recommendations I saw on trip advisor and they were soooo true! I evilly stayed 4 and came back at the end of my trip here again. This is by far the best hostel I stayed in Guatemala on my 3 week here. The breakfast is nutritious and quite big, the travel agency is... More

You will read this everywhere but the breakfast is to die for!! Sooo tasty & plenty of it. Rooms are really clean and you have fans too although Antigua was quite cool so we didn't really need them. The bathrooms are so clean, it's like someone is in there every 10 minutes scrubbing. Staff are so lovely, we found cheaper... More

Yellow House is a lovely place to stay in Antigua. All the staff, both front of house and cleaning/breakfast, were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was large and plentiful (beans, potatoes, tomatoes, pancakes, bread, eggs/omelettes, coffee, hot chocolate, bananas, pineapple, watermelon). The kitchen was a great addition, allowing you to save a bit of money in Antigua. We... More
