On arrival we were welcome by a rude kid that shout over our conversation with hosts. Place was very noisy and a lot smaller than we expected. Our room was very smelly and dirty. It's definitely not a guest house but family house with spare room. Room was very basic although had a nice view over the city. If you...

We stayed here for two nights recently and emailed three days prior to our arrival with our arrival time and where we were coming from, as we had read online and in the hotel's instructions to advise of this information as apartments are spread across split in different areas and they would pick you up from the bus station and...

We had a small room with two very small frosted windows with an ensuite bathroom. It was very basic with no wifi. However it was clean and a very short walk from town center. Once we were shown our room we had no more contact with owners. As our main priority is a good location this place was perfect for...

Stayed for three nights in the double room with private bathroom, had nice little living area with breakfast table, kitchenette and good sized fridge-freezer. Place was immaculate and fantastic location. Would definitely recommend!

Very good location - 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre of Split, but in a calm street, away from the crowds. We had a large, clean double room, with a balcony and an amazing view. The bathroom was shared with one other room, but was just next our room and very clean. A friendly welcome - would definitely...

Stayed there for 2 nights, based on some good reviews. And you get what you expect: Pretty basic rooms (i think they rent two rooms on the top floor, with a shared bathroom), but each feature a balcony and an air condition. The room i stayed in had a balcony with an absolutely amazing view over the city! This in...

We loved this place! It IS pretty basic, and with a very small shared bathroom. But it is super cheap! And the location is superb. This is a large old house converted into rental rooms. So the kitchen and washroom are shared. But there was only one other couple in the house, so it never felt cramped. We had a...

Rooms were reasonably done up if a bit small, and the a/c was a plus. The rest of the house (shared bathroom, kitchen) felt tired, dingy and outdated, with several things broken/damaged that hadn't been fixed. The shared bathroom was a particular low point, being extremely narrow with a tiny sink and a shower head that no longer attached to...

read some good reviews on another website. would not stay at this place. the bathroom smelt of mould and you couldnt stand in the shower because the roof was so low, so you had to duck. the place seemed to have never been cleaned. the guy was nice and helpful enough, but it didnt make up for the smell in...
