Excellent self catering apartment in historic stone building right in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town. Steps away from all the sights. We arranged an airport pickup and our gracious and informative host drove us to the old town and walked us to the apartment and informed us of all the sights and great restaurant close by. Highly recommended.

The host Petra is amazing. She gives great advice on sights and activities. She also texts you if the room is ready before the normal check in time. The apartment was very clean, nice, and cozy. Only thumps up from me.

We booked this apartment for one night on a day trip from Zagreb. We were contacted by Petray the day before with info on how to get our key, and she also arranged transfer from the airport at a very decent price. Petra met us outside the building and was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever met.... More

From right beginning till end it was a great stay never encountered in the personal service sense. Few days before we were supposed to arrive Petra emailed us through the hotel chain site we booked. In view of our arrival in the evening around 21.00 hrs we opted for a transfer arranged by Petra. It seemed rather expensive but to... More

We loved our stay here! We were right in the middle of the Old Town, literally 1 minute away from St Blaise's church. The area is surrounded by fantastic little restaurants and cafes, not to mention all the historical sites! Petra who greeted us made us feel really welcome and offered some sound advice - especially walking the city walls... More

We had a wonderful stay in Apartments Martecchini in Dubrovnik! The apartment was clean and very charming and had the most perfect location close to everything in the Old City. Our host, Petra, was outstanding! She was very kind and helpful with recommendations for what to see and where to go and she arranged a fantastic evening in Bosanka, definitely... More

Dubrovnik is small, so it is hard to go wrong with location within Old Town. However, Apartments Martecchini's location cannot be beat near the old clock tower and main square. I will never forget having the windows open end listening to the band performing in the square from our room. The furnishings were basic, but things were clean and the... More

This space has two good things going for it (one of which can be a bad thing): Location and the bathroom. The location can not be beaten. It is right in the center of town, putting you within a few minutes walk of everything. This is also the bad side. You will have tons of people and traffic around you... More

Fantastic location in the very heart of the old town, right on the main street. We had a studio for two, with a large lovely modern bathroom and a kitchenette. It did not face the main street, but you could still hear the music from the square, which added a certain charm to it. The studio was well equipped, including... More

We stayed in the Antonio studio apartment for 2/3 people and the location was fantastic. You could not be more centrally located! It was a perfect base for our trips beyond the old town as we could return, change for the evening then go out and experience Dubrovnik by night! There is a fridge, oven and hobs should you wish...
