Boutique hotel in the middle of the old town. Rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast plentiful. Ideal for experiencing what Dubrovnik has to offer - seeped in history and charm. Highly recommended.

Wow....you are right in the center of it all. Just off the main street. We were on the 2nd floor, which was nice, not too many stairs. We booked this hotel for our short break in Dubrovnik mostly due to its location and comments from other travellers. Our room was very nice. We were on the second floor so did not have to travel numerous flights of stairs. However, this is Dubrovnik. If you can, just travel with a day pack. The hotel is clean and very pretty inside, nice comfortable beds. This is a rather old hotel in the very old town of Dubrovnik. The size of rooms, amenities and atmosphere are totally in sync with staying in a historical city centre. They offered to move us to a larger room after complaining but half way through the holiday we couldn't be bothered. The breakfast is excellent and just a short walk away. With free wi-fi and a central location this is a good proposition but only if you can have one of the larger rooms.

It is in the old town so I would not expect to have elevator, although my room was on the 4th floor, and I would not complain of course about the noise as it is not hotel's fault, on the contrary location is great.
