We are 3 friends who recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment at Vila Dard for 5 nights whilst on holiday in Dubrovnik. The apartment was very spacious, with comfy beds, and modern furniture. It was meant to be self-catered, but we only had a microwave and kettle so you couldn't really prepare any proper meals - this didn't bother... More

We stayed at the Villa Dard for 3 nights. Our apartment/room was on the 3rd floor. Like a lot of old buildings/hotels throughout Europe there are no lifts, so travel light. The decor of the apartment is minimal but adequate. The sitting room had a comfortable couch & TV with glass doors opening onto the balcony. A small space contained... More

I can only give this three stars, despite helpful staff. The hotel is cheaper than many in Dubrovnik, at least near to the Old City. Although, as you will see from other reviews, don't under estimate the amount of steps to climb coming from the old city up to the hotel after a day's walking around. Your route will be... More

Very hospitable and friendly owners. Apartment very well equipped, clean, comfy bed. lot's of closets :). Really can't find any negative aspect to talk about. Would recommend it to all. Thank you to all the 4 sisters. I should mention that there are lot's of steps to reach the villa, so if you're not fit enough you may find it... More

Conveniently located on small walking distance from the old town and beach. Nice family run hotel. Pleasant welcome and even though we were early, we could immediately check-in as the rooms were already (very well) cleaned. Good beds, decent size room but most importantly very hospitable sisters. When in Dubrovnik again, we'll be back.

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights during a trip around Croatia. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor which consisted of a great sized bathroom with both seoarate bath and shower area, living room area with pull out sofa bed, double bedroom and little kitchenette. The room also had a lovely little balcony with chairs... More

Villa Dard is a great value place to stay, it is family run by 4 sisters who are very welcoming and informative. They were willing to go that little bit extra to ensure we were able to visit all of the many places of interest within Dubrovnik and its environs. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking... More

We only stayed one night and didn't spend alot of time in the hotel but we were generally happy with our stay. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy but clean and functional, we used their free parking and alltho it was a tight fit it worked.

Great value and super helpful hosts. Like everything in Dubrovnik there's a lot of stairs to get there but really once you ditch your bags it's not too bad a walk in to and out of the old town - 15 minutes there (downhill) and 20 back (uphill).Didn't spend much more than 8 hours in the actual room but it...
