Spent our 40th Anniversary here along with our married daughter with her husband and our single daughter. Rented 3 rooms, but only ours opened out onto the terrace, as the other terrace room was already booked. This was not an issue as either our family came through our room or used the outside staircase to get to the terrace, where...

We stayed in this villa recently with 6 other friends. The location is just divine, the view is fantastic from the terrace and the town is just 2 minuets away. There are 4 rooms all en-suite with one room with a small kitchen. In the basement is a lounge and another communal kitchen. all very rustic and furnished with antiques....

As advertised, the villa was in as wonderful location just outside the walls and gate, ideal for exploring the Old Town and access to the lift to Mt. Srd. Great view over the Old Port from the patio, and relaxing (what little time we remained in). Outstanding staff and help from friendly, helpful office staff within the villa, and the...

wow I just cant believe how lucky we were to find this gem. With 4 bedrooms it obviously works best for 4 couples (or family) It is a house and NOT a hotel When the reviews say it is beside the walls of the old city that is so true - just the old bridge between Villa Adriatica and the...

We stayed here at the end of August, booked via Airbnb. We were a group of friends who booked out all the rooms in the villa. It was really clean and tidy, had an awesome balcony, and as you can see from every other review the views from the terrace were incredible! It's in a great location just by the...

We were two couples who loved the expansive balcony overlooking Dubrovnik and the Adriatic ! The view could not be better, and the location by the Ploce Gate was perfect - you were walking in the town within minutes. We loved that. We played cards, ate pizza, drank coffee and wine, and literally sat on the balcony to take advantage...

We choose this accommodation mainly because of the view from the outdoor terrace and its even exceed our expectation the moment we stepped out to the terrace outside our room. The view is so spectacular and if you look around its hard to find another place that can match this view and the price. When we arrived in Dubrovnik ,...

i have to agree with the reviewer 0Travel Time). It is a crowded 2 star room with a five star location and view. We too chose to buy bread, fruit, wine and cheese and marvel at our stunning views. i loved the location at the Ploce entrance--NO STAIRS to get to the place and easy stairs to the room. The...
