J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet établissement à l'automne 2019, pour une nuit du 26 au 27/06/2020 il m'a bien été précisé que j'avais juste à donner mon n° de carte bancaire à titre de garantie, MAIS qu'aucun montant ne serait débité en cas d'annulation au plus tard le 26/04, c'est-à-dire 2 mois avant. J'ai annulé la réservation le 13/03. A ma grande surprise j'ai été débité 6 semaines plus tard (le 27/04) de 1192,98 HRK, soit 158 € A ce jour, malgré mes différentes démarches par téléphone (dame toujours très aimable ...) et par e-mail : je n'ai pas récupéré un seul centime, alors que je ne devais PAS être débité !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place offers far above comparable hotels. Locations- great; Room- Newly built with all appointments to make my stay very comfortable; Bathroom- has mood lighting, large 2 person shower and heqted floor; Parking- undercover secure parking is available upon request and payment of a returnable security deposit for the remote. Breakfast- not included but there are plenty of cafes within short walk. Definitely will make a point of staying here again.
