I have visited this hotel several times before, and last renovation realy increased the quality of the stay. Unfortunately, breakfast is below average for this type of hotels. A very nice guesture is a hand written message from reception (compare to usually print out notes).

Upon my arrival the staff was kind and smiley and my room was clean - these are the two positives I could come up with. Unfortunately the hotel is a little outdated, dark and not particularly inviting. I was not all that impressed with the breakfast. This place has potential and after a "facelift" would most definately deserve a second...

We stayed here for a single night after visiting the old part of Zadar. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We ate supper and breakfast there and the food was good. The hotel was hosting a medical-type convention and was busy, but not over crowded. Oh, we left our converter and adapter in the room upon departure. Never did get...

This is a large hotel on the beach front within walking distance of the old walled town where there are restaurants, monuments and shops. The hotel has a swimming pool and sports facilities across the road. Good parking too. The decor is a little dated but is undergoing a major make over at the moment so I have no doubt...

I stayed at this place for 1 night only, so not much that I can comment on. Except the fact that while its a massive hotel in size, it looked kinda old and maybe needs a bit of a sprucing up. The hotel is quite close - 10 mins walk across from the bus station, and maybe a shuttle bus...

We were a senior group and they put us in rooms are very long way from reception and the restaurant. The dinner was an average spread and service was poor, when I asked for wine I was told to sit down and a waiter would come, I waited until I had to ask again. No wine list. A traditional Croatian...

The food which is served (breakfast and dinner) can be almost called disgusting. Every day was served the same. Potatoes, pasta, rice and meet and overcoooked vegetable. The dining room was not maintained very well - dirty plates and furniture. The service was not really friendly. Furthermore the rooms were not cleaned very well - especially the shower and floor...

Spent there two nights: The room was quite small but okay and 'equipped' with a small balcony. I could hear every noise from the hallway - walls or door seemed to be quite thin ;-). The round (salt-water) pool was okay as well, the nearby beach (with a few bars/bistros) can be reached within two minutes from the pool area....

Very well run comfortable modern good amenities. We have visited this hotel twice in the last two years. Set in its own grounds with seawater pool and terrace with bar. Close enough to the old town (Zadar) to comfortably walk back after an evening meal.Nice views of the Adriatic coast. Book direct for a better room and deal

Luckily my children were safe. The ceiling near the bathroom in the room just fell in the night due to some leakage in the air-condition. Since it happened in the middle of the night and no one was near the bathroom or else there would have been serious injuries. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it needs...
