Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had . The staff was very professional and friendly, all of them were exceptional starting from waiters ending with Mohamed Azmy the manager, they were always there to help. the service was great. You have all what you need in Alexandria within walking distance from that fantastic hotels ( movie theatres, restaurants, museums, etc). The Sky View restaurant was a top notch dining facility with a great view of Alexandria Eastern Harbour and the city centre. If I am back to Alexandria I will make sure to stay at this awesome place.

We went to have dinner there and after I been told there is a minimum charge of 250 and I was agreed. The supervisor keep looking to me and my wife and told us there is no available tables. And after I fill a complain with the general manager of the hotel telling him I am visiting Egypt from USA .Now there is a table available ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก . I still wake away. If u want to have a good time avoid going there . They treat people like trash

This is my second time in this hotel. This time I booked a sea front room and it was really worth it. We had a very smooth and warm check in with Mariรกn from the reception taking us to the room. The staff are so friendly and professional. The view from the room was amazing with a tiny balcony in the room. The hotel suits business visitors as it is centrally located, it is also good for those who are traveling for a city visit. I tired the sky view restaurant which is a the hotelโ€™s roof top restaurant, this was really out of this world. It has an amazing breeze in the middle of the summer. The breakfast is basic but the view is worth it. The rooms in general are good and keeping their old style which I loved, the experience would have been great if only the rooms were more renovated especially the bathrooms. There is a parking lot right in front of the hotel if you are going with car.

Unhappy customer My family joined me for Ramadan Iftar on Monday May 8 at the famous Sky View restaurant- Metropol hotel in Alexandria. From the beginning the waitstaff was very slow, inattentive, disorganized, this affected negatively my family dining experience and turned their iftar into a complaint-worthy affair. My feedback complaint didnโ€™t help to curb issues of quality. We ordered three main dishes, two of them were the worst ever cooked. The seafood groume and the roasted salty ribs. I already reported this to the hotel restaurant management and their response and justification was not real or acceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Le Metropole Paradise Inn Hotel ๐Ÿ›Œ. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Special thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š to the Manager Mr. SAEED who did his best to make our stay a memorable โค and comfortable experience, also i have to say thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š to Miss. MARYANE and Miss. MAYAR from reception. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didnโ€™t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown in Alexandria, Egypt ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ˜€. This is a perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ hotel for weekend getaway, the advantage of downtown location in Alexandria give you a great variety of sight-seeing options to experience, and to hang out and around in the famous Mahatet El-Ramel. Valet parking service is great ๐Ÿ‘option in the hotel, don't hesitate to ask for it and it's only for 100 L.E per day ๐Ÿ˜€, you'll not regret ๐Ÿ˜‰. Skyview restaurant ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ at the top floor.... experience don't miss eating at and have their breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‹.
