I am a regular in this hotel and I have stayed in it for at least 10 times this year. This last time was not satisfactory to me at all. Although I paid for a suite, I ended up with a noisy room, with a horrible mattress and no WiFi. They promised to give me a different room and did not keep the promise. Their regional manager promised to send me an IT to fix internet and this never happened. I ended up getting more promises about better deals for next time. But No… I am done with promises that are not kept. So, Paradise Inn - Windsor Palace Hotel…. NEVER AGAIN !!! Two stars for politeness of staff only !!

I booked a direct sea view room. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am and there was one room in our category available. the receptionist said it’s not good and advised we wait till checkout time so that better upper floor rooms are available. we waited for 5 hours till the rooms are ready then she surprised us that the previous room residents want to extend their stay so we have to take the same bottom floor room that was available at 11am We talked to the manager Ahmed abd el Hamid and received the worst treatment ever. He refused to solve the problem and his options were that we take a lower grade room sea side view and smaller with the same money we paid. or we pay more for a bigger room. and all those discussions were made in absolute rudeness.. I wonder why this chain of hotels ( Paradise inn) are currently hiring such misbehaved unprofessional people. such a shame.. and definitely not coming back.

Good looking hotel full of faded colonial grandeur, including an ancient lift. The rooms are big and with high ceilings. The rooftop restaurant has a good range of food and excellent views of the corniche and fortress. The only downside is the location in a busy part of the town opposite the souk.

We stayed 6 nights in Windsor Palace Hotel part of Paradise Inn group. The Reception staff were attentive and welcoming. We would like to highlight one of them particularly, a young woman whose name we unfortunately did not get, but indeed was impressed by her attitude and her demeanor. Our room on the 3rd floor had been refurbished. The ceilings are nice and high, bed and pillows very comfortable, water pressure for shower very good, a/c worked perfectly. The new General Manager, Mr. Nader Al Mobader, is very watchful and concerned with all aspects of the hotel, while also handling the renovation. Speak to him if you have a problem as he listens well and reacts promptly. The buffet breakfast is extensive and covers all tastes. The breakfast staff are just great and very attentive. The view of the bay while having breakfast is an appetizing and sweeping view from left to right and a lovely way to start the day. The rooftop restaurant has the same view of course. It is a lovely old hotel, and ideally situated. The Manager has the renovation moving fast with many shift workers. We had a side sea view room and we moved the two chairs and small table onto the balcony while we had tea. All in all this was a great stay, due of course to the magnificent location, but in particular to the excellent management, in every aspect, by the new General Manager, Mr. Al Mobader, and by all of his staff.
