We really enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner, too bad the room's shower was rather poor. It is a nice hotel however, that can be booked to visit its friendly town. We didn't use the swimming pool as it didn't look very clean. There is Wi-Fi but the connection is constantly on and off.

Lovely setting, nice pool and lovely rooms though they could do with some updating. Room was a bit delapidated and dirty in areas, but a good size. Restaurant was very slow and not great. Staff friendly and helpful. With a few tweaks, this could be a really lovely hotel

It was clean enough and the staff were friendly and even brought round an airer to dry our swimwear. The rooms were large with working a/c. However, yes wifi was patchy and the restaurant didn't have much food listed on the menu but they did make great French fries and tried hard to give us what we wanted with what...

Breakfast not good, rooms basic, little or no internet. Out of the way location, nothing near so no alternatives for eating. The whole setup is basically neglected and in need or refurbishment. There is a pool but often full of leaves and flies.

We stayed in this hotel on 22nd Feb, arranged by Exotic travel based in Yangon. We were given a room which needed quite a lot of refurbishment. The air conditioner and the fan were not working. We could not ring the reception as phone was not working as well! There were lot of mosquitos in the room but no insect...

Friendly and helpful staff. They helped us book the ferry to Bagan and generally were very nice regarding all queries. The room was nice. The restaurant nice. The wifi was really bad. The pool isn't used much, so it wasn't really welcoming. Don't book this hotel for the pool. The hotel is close to the road, so there is quite...

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were reasonably spacious, clean, well appointed And well serviced. Bed comfortable. Hotel has lovely garden and pool which we enjoyed despite mid winter time of our trip. Dining room is well located beside pool and comfortable with good food for western and Asian. Location is reasonable...

The good is that the staff is very nice, keep the rooms very clean and they are comfortable. The bad is that the wifi is almost non existent and the hot water is either close to boiling or freezing. Its also off the beaten path as well with not much around it.

The hotel itself was nice and quaint with spacious rooms and a nice pool. Restaurant left a bit to be desired but it wasn't bad. The biggest downside of this hotel is that it's not really near anything. Quiet area though which is defiantly a bonus.

I stayed here as part of my trip through Myanmar. The location of this hotel is a little bit further from the main roads, but that means that outside of your hotel locals are passing by and beer stations are just around the corner. Staff is very helpful and friendly: we handwashed our clothes in the bathroom and found them...
