Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were reasonably spacious, clean, well appointed And well serviced. Bed comfortable. Hotel has lovely garden and pool which we enjoyed despite mid winter time of our trip. Dining room is well located beside pool and comfortable with good food for western and Asian. Location is reasonable...

The good is that the staff is very nice, keep the rooms very clean and they are comfortable. The bad is that the wifi is almost non existent and the hot water is either close to boiling or freezing. Its also off the beaten path as well with not much around it.

The hotel itself was nice and quaint with spacious rooms and a nice pool. Restaurant left a bit to be desired but it wasn't bad. The biggest downside of this hotel is that it's not really near anything. Quiet area though which is defiantly a bonus.

I stayed here as part of my trip through Myanmar. The location of this hotel is a little bit further from the main roads, but that means that outside of your hotel locals are passing by and beer stations are just around the corner. Staff is very helpful and friendly: we handwashed our clothes in the bathroom and found them...

The Hotel is a bit out of town but the taxis are cheap enough. The bedrooms are large enough but not the cleanest and you certainly need mosquito spray as the room can fill with them. Bed sheets were changed every day. The air conditioning is very loud and not the most effective. The Wifi was very slow. Breakfast was...

Stayed here on group tour. On quiet backstreets of Mandalay. Great restaurant and there is a pool too. Air conditioning was very noisy and not very effective. Super slow internet. Expensive for what you got

The hotel location as others have indicated is a bit out of the town, but you can easily hire a cab to take you around. You can walk to the Mandalay Palace moat and wall. The location makes it a bit quieter, except for the pack of dogs that seems to come by barking loud every morning around 5 am....

Good size room. The white bedding was a little grey and the towels were very grey. The bathroom wall was the same as the photos taken in 2011. I think that they have a problem with water ingress from the roof. There were several light bulbs missing from the light fittings and the main bathroom light wasn't working. This hotel...

The hotel had friendly staff and was a good standard. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, the room was a good size with big comfortable beds. There is a nice sized pool and pretty gardens. The breakfast offered lots of options and you could have cooked or continental options with eggs to order. I had a couple of...

They are however large, pool area is nice, breakfasts and the restaurant are good, as is service. Hotel is a long way from any restaurants so you need them to organize a taxi - doubtful if you can pick one up on the quiet residential streets.
