This was a great little villa with fairly clean and spacious rooms. It is located on the quieter Nam Khan River side of town in Luang Prabang. The guys on the front desk were very polite, friendly and provided pretty helpful advice when needed. They provide free use of their bicycles for guests to ride around town which was great!...

The room was a good size and comfortable bed. Good breakfast choice and service. Nice view from the balcony. The hotel was situated in a nice quiet area, but an easy walk to all attractions. The balcony had very uncomfortable furniture. The room was very dark

We enjoyed Villa Ban Lakkham. Location was fantastic and really close to some awesome restaurants on the river. Beautiful views from our balcony on the second floor, which was a great place to hang out on. Room was really nice, bathroom was a touch dated, but all in all, a good place to stay in LP.

Small friendly hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you, whether it be the owner, reception staff or waiter. Peaceful location facing the river but only a few minutes walk to the main street. First floor balcony room gave excellent views of the world passing by and the river. Good AC, useful fridge well stocked with drinks. Excellent nearby...

We were only here one night, after arriving from New York, so our needs were pretty basic: a clean, cool room, a good bed, and a good breakfast the next morning, before we left for Nong Khiaw. This was our third time in Luang Prabang, but our first stay here at Villa Ban Lakkham, and we were very happy. The...

My friend and I stayed for 7 nights and were very happy with this guesthouse. The wifi was consistently excellent, beds were comfortable, shower great with plenty of hot water and breakfast delicious. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we were overall very happy with our stay.

Our large room was upstairs over the office. Polished wooden floors and double windows that open to river views and the lady grilling sweet potatoes and banana at her place on the bricked river walk across the street. The AC worked so well. The hot water was always waiting in a well pressured shower. Room safe. Plush shower Robes. The...

Spent 2 nights and would have stayed longer if they had space. Great location, nice sitting areas in front of many rooms. Would definitely go back. Make sure you get a room facing the river - not for views but for the sitting area in front.

We stayed here six nights visiting Luang Prabang and found it an ideal place to stay, well located on the river, just a few minutes walk from the tourist street. We had a nice big, clean upstairs room with good facilities. The staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is good. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely guesthouse in an excellent location. We had a pretty, spotless, street-level room. We had our own small patio where we were served breakfast, which was pleasant as it faced the river but which did not have a real river view. The more expensive upstairs rooms with balconies that do have a river view were already taken,...
