room was fine. clean with good hot water supply. bath is not floor level so if you have limited mobility you may have difficulty getting in and out. the family opposite our room are noisy playing loud music until late at night. did not opt for breakfast here as there are plenty of places within 10-15 min walk. night market...

Booked this hotel mainly on the fact that it has a pool and within walking distance the town centre. Hotels in Luang Prabang are ridiculously expensive when compared to other area’s of Asia (eg: Thailand), and $100 per-night, seems excessive for this part of the world. PRO’s ===== • Nice Pool to dip into after a hot days sightseeing. •...

Close to downtown, nice, clean two story hotel. Big rooms and balcony. We stayed in room 704(second floor) It was looking toward the front street and quiet. But a few people in our group complained about the noise in their room. I guess we were lucky for having a quite room. Breakfast was sufficient. Shrimp and rice soup was exceptionally...

Stayed here for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were really fantastic and so friendly. Room was comfortable and it's an ideal location - short walk into town but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Only real criticisms: breakfast was fair but to be honest better to save space for all the other food one eats in a...

The general structure is fine. Although it has an old decor, the room is comfortable and met our expectations. The pool area is great as well. I can't say the same thing for the service. It's terrible. When we need assistance, it seemed they were making a favor. There ARE NOT helpful and kind. Very poor service. The location is...

The staff were very helpful with luggage. The room was large and clean. The hot water was HOT :-) The bed was firm but comfortable. It is only 10 minutes to night market. Staff were helpful with hiring motor cycle which is way way cheaper and more flexible than overpriced taxis to go to waterfalls.”

Scrambled Eggs that is crusty and dried out. Sliced ham and sausage floating in a pool of liquid. Fresh fruit that was OFF....

First, the air conditioning, heating unit. Very noisy. Plus you can hear your neighbors air con/heating units as well at night. Next, there is only a small closet, no drawers to store socks, underwear, etc. Not ideal when you are spending more than 2 nights at the same hotel. Cleanliness, the fruit basket never changed. I wonder if the fruit...

The room was a good size, fairly comfortable, and relatively clean. The hotel was nice and quiet at night. They went out of their way to fix my aircon on the first day. The WiFi was good, esp considering it's Laos. However, on the down side: the breakfast was very poor, especially considering they were charging over us$130/night. There was...
