The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and very dated. Customer service was very poor for us, we arrived before check in, they wanted to charge us $14 for an incredibly average looking breakfast when the room with breakfast was $24? They also wouldn't let us check in any earlier than 1pm due to all the rooms...

Hotel was so long from the down town of Luang Prabang . The town itself has no redeaming features which would want to entice me to come back. Price is ok for the rooms . I will recomend this hotel to my friends .

The hotel locates about 1Km. from the night market. The guest room's floor is made of real wood. It is clean with a quiet and safe surrounding. It is the quiet part of Luang Pra Bang compares to that of downtown tourism area. The breakfast is average.

There is a very friendly staff at the front desk. Welcoming. Polite. Helpful. The rooms are certainly not deluxe, but I enjoyed mine very much primarily because of the view. Just outside my window was a small farm with animals, including a rooster. The family was cooking, washing, living their lives. It made the hotel experience more than just a...

Luangprabang is not huge and you can reach the center in 30 min walking but it is a pity that the hotel is not in the middle of the action. There is a shuttle bus tough which can take yiou to the center. Breakfast is ok, staff are nice, rooms are clean even if not fancy

I am trying to say something good first, but the only thing that comes to my mind is the gentle attitude of the staff. The hotel is located far from the tourist area, no way to walk anywhere. My room was barely acceptable, ugly and tatty. Breakfast almost ok but surely not comparable with many magnificent buffets that I experienced...

Stayed three nights in this hotel, and found it confortable. The room was very clean, the bathroom, not new but very sufficient. The staff is attentive and helpful. The laundry I gave came back on time and nicely ironed. It is too far from the center to walk, but there is a shuttle in the evening. We left every day...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was picked by the company who we booked our tour through. We paid for the 4 star package and this hotel was definitely not 4 stars. We arrived just after 6pm on our first night and were hungry and wanted to go into town for dinner. The hotel provides a free...

We used this hotel for our photo tour (www.mmphototours.com) through Indochina. The hotel was selected by our ground vendor. Overall the hotel was comfortable, clean, had a helpful staff and had reliable Internet service. Rooms were a bit dark but had large windows. Beds were large and comfortable. Bathrooms were also large but could use some care. A/C was good...
