Absolutely lovely hotel! I wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to friends and family, their customer service is excellent! Warm and friendly staff, beautifully decorated and the room was amazing. There is great aircon, laundry service, breakfast and we were always made to feel welcome. Paul was great with organising trips and pointing out local attractions, the free shuttle...

I travelled to Luang Prabang with my friends and stayed at Vangsavath Hotel in first week of April 2015. The hotel owner Paul gave us a very warm welcome once we reach Vangsavath Hotel and introduced Laung Prabang attractions to us. The hotel room is clean. Hotel owner Paul and his mother are so friendly. During our stay, we ride...

What a sweet find. Great hotel, the most friendly staff you could ask for. They were able to plan tuktuk rides for us anywhere we wanted. The staff were worth staying there by themselves! Free bike rentals to ride into town, only 5-10 minutes away (easy bike down road). Also free shuttle into town for the amazing night market or...

The hotel is 2 km away from the town centre, but they have free bikes and a shuffle service. During our stay we got up-graded,they did run extra shuffle trips and gave all sorts of useful tips. They did arrage our bustickets and booked all kind of outings for us for good prices. It is a family run hotel and...

From the time we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by our wonderful host, Paul, who is probably the friendliest and helpful host we've ever met. If you ask him any questions regarding Luang Prabang (such as restaurant recommendations, places to visit, and sights to see) he will provide you with some excellent choices that will not disappoint. Aside...

We stayed here for a night, the hotel is beautiful, the reception from the host was superb, the room was comfortable but had that shabby blanket between two sheets setup instead of an actual duvet cover (as well as the actual fitted sheet being stitched back together), the breakfast was rubbish (I kid you not, the worst omelet in 4.5...

I've spent 3 magnific days in this hotel, I enjoyed the best breakfast I could imagine, the staff is helpful and always asking if you are good. The room was comfortable and spacious. The only critic is to the wifi, is not really good and is hard to use it in the room.

We had a lovely stay at Vangsavath hotel, the rooms are nice and the hotel has a free shuttle bus service to and from the main marketplace area which only takes a few minutes and is convenient. There is free wifi and free breakfast. But most of all the manager Paul topped off the hotel stay experience, he was very...

The building is nice and gives a good first impression. The manager is very friendly and gives you a little intro talk about the town and shows you around the hotel. If the room was 10/15 dollars cheaper I wouldn't have much to say but like most things in LP it's overpriced for what you get. We were in a...

We arrived in Luang Prabang at 1 a.m. and the tuktuk driver dropped us off at Vangsavath. Within a few minutes, Paul, a member of the family that owns the hotel greeted us with a big and sincere smile even though we're confident that our arrival had woken him up. We had a very acceptable room for a very reasonable...
