I stayed here with a small tour group and we were all pleased with the hotel. The pool was particularly beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was outside the city, it was easy to get transportation into the night market or to the restaurants and surrounding attractions. My only criticism would be the dim lighting in...

This hotel was nice creation, good relaxing with friendly staff. Unfortunately I stay there only 3 nights. The day during my departure time Mr. Oscar's General Manager meet me and say good bye. In generally Leo people are friendly with wonderful culture. Return here is my holiday plan.

This is my first trip to Luang Prabang and wasn't disappointed. Staying in Le Palais and experiencing the service, people ,the scenery complete my vacation 🙂 We were promptly attended during check-in though the front desk looked pretty busy which was much appreciated. Given a room with the pool and garden view. Even received a personalised welcome from the General...

The hotel is a little bit under construction and they haven't ironed out the wifi vibe yet. Breakfast is ok, food is ok in general... Service is really good. Wifi is shocking. Like dreadful. Like I had to reset all these things on my mac with stagnate IP addresses and nonsense just to get it to connect to the insane...

It was extremely quiet when we were there in December 2016. The hotel seems to be owned by a Thai company and managed by Can't fault the room. Can't fault the pool and grounds. Library off entrance hall is great. The Asian food was good - didn't sample western stuff, FCS you're in Cambodia! Restaurant staff seemed a bit sulky...

Dear Jeffertonian, Thank you for taking the time to do the review and for the great score of 5. I am pleased to know that you have enjoyed the omelette prepared by our chef at the patio. Our library is an added feature in our hotel as most guests like quiet moments after an all-day tour of the town. I...

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it has been a bliss. Check in was quick and I was ushered into our beautiful room opposite the garden and pool. Staff was courteous and will greet you Sabaidee every step of the way! Restaurant prices are great and food, especially Pad Thai and fried spring rolls were heavenly. The grounds...

It's a nice quiet place and we can't complain about our very large ground floor room. There's first world problem with patchy wifi but otherwise it's adequate. We didn't book the villas and i think the rooms are better than the villas. The challenge is using the shuttle. The tip is use the shuttle to get in but be early...

This is a gorgeous place with amazing grounds and pool. The rooms are lovely with a fabulous shower. the only downside and I really didn't have a problem with it, was the bed was very firm. they were 3/4 beds, which was nice. I did have a massage in my room which made that firmer bed handy. The room was...
