The room are nice and very clean, in the middle of the Main Street just at the end of the night market it's perfect, our room give to the other side so very calm. The only bad point is that we ear everything in the room next us, when they move, toilet, speak, you have the feeling that in your...

Arriving in the afternoon and getting a room in the back where the aircon did not work (36° outside) and despite of empty rooms I did not get one until the following day! In that room the TV did not work and the Wifi was almost inexistant but it was at no cost. The personel was friendly. Location is good...

The Good Location, location, location. Steps away from the nightly tourist market. The hotel is on the main street, a couple of blocks from either river. Despite being in a busy location the hotel itself is calm, quiet, and peaceful. Our room was spacious with lovely wooden floors, plenty of plugs for any devices, and a clean, nicely laid out...

This guesthouse is just in the middle of Luang Prabang. The night market is just in front of the hotel, also the national museum is just down the corner. We had a lovely room, with comfortable mattresses, but the pillows were hard like stone. The room and bathroom is clean, with everything you need. A free bottle of water is...

Arriving, I was told 'no room' despite booking and guaranteeing payment. After 10 or so minutes of assertiveness and refusing to go away, I was told my room was available after all. It had clearly been prepared but then used since cleaning, so I think the hotel staffer was running some sort of scam. The room was very pleasant, in...

I stayed here for 4 nights, as it had a lot going for it. Central but very quiet, nice balcony, friendly staff, free tea & coffee, a large, very clean room where everything appeared fairly new. But the best was the mattress/bed - a nice soft one, unlike most that you find in Asia. That was worth some extra $.

We saw Phounsab Guesthouse on the main street after coming back from a hiking expedition and decided to check it out. The location is excellent - it's right near Phousi, the Royal Palace, the Night Market, and numerous restaurants/massage spots/tour companies. We were shown a back-facing room in the building closer to the road, and found it to be clean,...

After an overnight seated bus from Vientiane(thunderstorms, rain, fallen trees, breakdown, morning mists), followed by a short ride in an open taxi I arrived here at just after six in the morning. I just expected to be able to leave my bag but my room was ready, shown the way to the back building and left to myself to shower...

The room was clean and comfy and you had plenty of room. Good bathroom and shower. Wifi didn't work much in the room but there were chairs just outside where it worked fine. Free tea and coffee available anytime. If you like it white, grab a mini carton of milk from the shop across the road and keep it in...
