Very nice hotel located near to the morning market, and not far away from the main road, night market, old quartier, and all main attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The location makes it very quiet. The breakfast is included and is ok. Less than a 100m from the hotel you'll...

Night market a few minutes away; local market a few metres. Quiet location, lovely old-style building with balconies outside the rooms on the upper floor. A/C, toiletries, quite spacious room. Tea/coffee always available. Friendly, helpful staff. Adequate breakfast served in the courtyard. Couldn't find fault with it at all, and great value for money.

This guesthouse is located on a smaller side street, close to the main tourist sights of Luang Prabang. The staff was incredibly helpful in giving advice on sites to visit in town. The room was spacious and there was a nice courtyard where they served breakfast.

This guesthouse is located in the centre of town, a 5 min walk from the night market and 13 m from the fruit and vegetable market. Rooms are a good size with a nice courtyard where breakfast is served and staff is very helpful.

With the morning market literally a few meters away and the night market/main tourist street just a block away, it was a pleasant surprise how quiet the hotel was. Down a small lane, the guesthouse had friendly staff at the reception tucked underneath a building. At a very reasonable price (and I booked very last minute online), I found the...

I stayed 3 nights / 4 days (January 2016) at this small hotel run by friendly and helpful staff with sufficient English skills to communicate and who happily arrange tours and transport for you. Excellent location, within spitting distance of the Mekong, restaurants and Luang Prabang's interesting night market. However . . . accommodation, services and breakfast are basic, and...

First things first: this one is a winner. The location of Lao Lu Lodge is more than convenient. The Mekong river is around the corner, which makes it easy to start your day trips around Luang Prabang. Also the local sights, as well as the night market and various restaurants and cafés are within minutes walking distance. If you wish...

We stayed 5 nights in triple room downstairs. It was rather dark but helped with sleeping. WiFi patchy in room but better at outside tables and common garden area. Very comfortable place & friendly staff who gave suggestions and booked transfers for us. Spot I central but quiet and aircon worked well

As other reviews state this lodge is ideally located near to both markets. Really welcoming day staff. Karlk (spelt wrong I'm sure) addressed us by name every time he spoke to us, really attentive and a wonderful smile. The wifi worked well from our room. We were downstairs and yes the room was darker but it really didn't bother us...
