We booked a 4 bed female dorm but when arriving found out that they'd overbooked so we were put into a larger mixed dorm which was incredibly basic and horrible. we were moved into a 4 bed the next night which was much nicer. The large communal area makes it easy to meet people and the pool is lovely, but...

Not recommended. It is very expensive for what it is, the young girl at the reception is super passive and not serving at all. Many noisy people. Broken light and window in the room. You have much cleaner and better guesthouse a in the same street for half the price (eg. Bounchaleurn, such friendly hosts !!)

I stayed here just before the new year, the included breakfasts were great, the staff were always busy but friendly enough and seemed quite happy at work singing and joking throughout the whole day. The beds were fairly comfy and clean to an extent and the pool topped it off. It's close to the night market, the gym and utopia...

Loved this place! :) we booked last minute and this was the best value in the best location, and it really was in a good location! Literally a 2 min walk from the night market, and there's loads of backpackers here which I didn't realise, it's easy to meet people here! Nice comfy beds each with a charging dock and...

We stayed for a total of 5 nights and it was a really nice hostel. Good price (for Laos) with comfy bed. The 4 person dorm was a bit dingy and small but the common area is big and where everyone sits to get good WiFi. The breakfast is really tasty and free (get the pancake!) and staff are very...

We had mixed emotions about this place - I'll give my tips first. 1. 8 bed dorms vs 4 bed dorms are like two completely different hostels. 8 beds were disgusting and cramped (and often an extra mattress thrown on the floor to make a 9 bed dorm). 4 bed dorms we spacious, clean and modern. 2. Arrive early. They...

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a pretty good time. Good place to meet people however the common area is quite uncomfortable with only a few backless benches , not really an ideal spot to relax and hang out. We stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm which was quite small and the beds were hard and uncomfortable....

If you're into the party scene then stay here. It's cheap and easy and filled with party goers. Rooms are basic and a not terribly clean. Lockers provided were small. Had my stuff stolen out of my bag here. Place was generally loud and staff were very unfriendly. Bathrooms were terrifyingly dirty, slippery and backed up.

Stayed here in a 8 bed dorm. Was quite nice but had some bloke in the room who wouldn't stop snoring it drove us nuts. But good location to the markets and the staff were friendly. Swimming pool also located round the back!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Clean rooms and hot showers. The lights however in the toilets and shower are a bit finicky. The prices are a bit more expensive. Wifi is a bit poor but it seems that's the case in most of loas. Free breakfast which is fast and good. Lockers in the reception. Each bed has a plug...
