We arrived at this lovely hotel in the evening and a friendly reception team welcomed us. Our suite was more like a villa, never stayed in such a big suite before. Free mini-bar stocked with refreshments. Excellent bathroom amenities. Very few rooms, suite and villa, so its not crowded. Very nicely laid out rooms. Chairs outside the suite with table...

We stayed for five night in the Mekong Suite, which is lovely. The view of the river is obscured by trees slightly, but having a sitting room and verandah was a delight. We mistakenly thought we would be able to see the monks passing from our verandah, but they walk down the road at the front of the hotel. Loved...

Well, the architecture is a little unusual. And the buildings are set back so that one really does not have a river view. The rooms, though very well appointed, are a little cramped, especially the duplex ones. The restaurant, on the other hand, is superbly situated, and serves very good food. Al fresco dining on the terrace overlooking the river,...

I can take a relax very well, And also take spa and massage :-) I strongly recommend that massage is really great! The staffs are not the best, but they try to treat us nicely. Location is the best. Big spacious room. Complimentary bar which is restocked each day. Windows facing street didn't close properly. Hotel is near river but further than others from main part of town. However, still walking distance. That is one question mark. The other question mark is over staff. Not the friendliest. Also Forgot to pick me up at airport, and had to ask...

A great hotel. with great service staff. Great food. great breakfast. The service staff is very helpful and actually anticipates your needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there only couple of small tiny issues. The rooms are not as big and even between same class of rooms; the size vary and not a great spa place (you have thousand options outside).

Older hotel close to the Mekong river. Staff are kind, attentive and helped to book excursions to the caves and the waterfall. They could work on improving the lighting in the room, but it was nice, quaint and clean. For those interested in doing your own laundry I recommend drying clothes from the cleverly situated overhead AC unit. Breakfast was...

I stayed 2 nights. I selected the hotel because it is very near to the beautiful Xiengthong Temple and within easy walking distance to the night market and other attractions. The building and rooms are old fashioned colonial and the furniture could be refurbished. Still nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is not buffet but it is nice and enough. From...

We spent 5 nights here with our 2 small children. The hotel is maybe 10-15 minutes' walk from the main drag, but just steps from Xiengthong temple and very close (5 minute walk) to good restaurants and the Ock Pop Tock shops (which have a shuttle). Staff went above and beyond--showing up at our room with a cake on my...
