We stayed there for 3 nights. The room is basic but very cleen and the shower was great (good hot water pressure). The manager is very helpfull and speaks good English. The only downside for some would be that it is located at about 7-10 min walking from city center. For us, this location was perfect because there are some...

An amazing guest house in the Ban Mano area of Luang Prabang (LP). It's not particularly easy to get to the guesthouse from the bus station, so I would recommend having a good map/ GPS connection. We were certainly lost for a bit. However once you get there, you can be rest assured that you will have a great stay....

We stayed here for almost a week. We enjoyed the 10-minute walk to the night market and it is nice that the house is right next door to a wat. The owners are warm, friendly people although unfortunately only the husband speaks any English. The room has air conditioning and a tv, which came useful as we had to spend...

We went to inthasak because we couldn't find our first hostel and remembered that it was rated well on Trip Advisor. Initially, we were hesitant because the quality of the room was less than stellar. I reminded myself how much we paid though and to give it a try... Our stay was well worth the money. The owners and their...

We booked this place based on the reviews and picture of the hotel. They have now changed these to reflect a true picture of the place. We booked a deluxe room with balcony. We saw the rooms and the were very basic, not a place to stay for more than over night. We had booked for 4 nights and thought...

We spent 4 nights in a room with a King size bed. It was clean and had a TV, air con and wifi. the wifi only worked half of the time though. The location is good just a 15 minute walk from town and there is a good Indian restaurant on the way. The guy who runs the hotel is...

We read the fantastic reviews of this guesthouse and decided to turn up, after a two day boat trip down the Mekong from Thailand, and try to get a room. The owner was extremely friendly and showed us a double room. We were delighted by the room. It was exceptionally clean and was clearly well maintained. We were also able...

I think my title says it all. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and while not centrally located it's only a 10-15 min walk to town. The clean rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and the shower is hot with great water pressure. I prefer the 2nd floor as it seems to have more natural lighting. There's...

We found this guesthouse by chance while walking around town. Because the only picture on trip advisor was of 2 single beds, we were a bit suspicious. We were so wrong. This place is great! Big new bedrooms with big comfortable beds. The family live in the front and the guest rooms are at the back (on the same floor)....

A great little place. As others have said, the owners are very friendly and charming, without ever being intrusive about it. Lovely people. The room was great - good shower, comfy bed, desk, fan, aircon, mirrors. Wifi seemed reliable, although as everywhere in Laos it was fairly slow. Purified water and coffee is provided free in the lobby. Room was...
