We stayed here two times over 5 days. The welcome to the hotel is very nice. The staff on reception speak good English and are very helpful. The rooms are very old fashion but large and clean. The breakfast is good and plentiful and it is pleasant to sit on the balcony overlooking the street watching the town wake up...

After some confusion and being taken to Vila Santi Resort which is out of town we checked into this cute hotel. The main building is on the common street which has the restaurant upstairs for all meals which overlooks the street. Downstairs is reception and about 4 rooms. Down the side lane (you go out through the back) is the...

A nice property (in and throughout), good service and great location. Perfect for people needing relaxation and an easy experience in LP. For the price, they might improve the quality of the beds and update their advertised phone number. One reason we booked was for the pool but it is more of a small dipping pool and no lounge chairs...

The room in the annexe was comfortable and well appointed. While wi-fi was available it was slow and not always available. The breakfast was very good but could have been perfect. The location is ideal for staying in Luang Prabang as it is in walking distance of all the important temples as well as the Royal Palace. Overall the service...

I was lucky enough to be taken to this beautiful hotel for a meal on my birthday last week and after suffering poor service at a guest house around the corner from villa santi, this hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The staff were exceptionally well trained and polite. They anticipated your needs before you even did. The...

The hotel is perfectly located on the main street and everything of interest is within easy walking distance. We were lucky and by chance arrived the day before the boat race so the normally sleepy town was filled with atmosphere of locals enjoying a national holiday. The hotel is shabby/chic (not sure whether intentional or not) and I thought attractive,...

We were recommended this hotel by family currently living in Laos and weren't disappointed. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the Royal suites which was a real treat. The room was enormous and very well appointed as was the bathroom which can so often be pokey little offerings. We enjoyed evening drinks at the front of...

Villa Santi is a very nice boutique hotel, very centrally located in Luang Prabang. the Mekong, night market and main temples are all close by, together with some excellent restaurant. Staff is friendly and you can also use facilities at the resort on the outskirts of town. Clean, spacious rooms. Grand colonial dining room with an excellent spread for breakfast....

A well located boutique style hotel on the main street of Luang Prabang. Really enjoyed breakfast on the upstairs balcony. Nice ambience and plenty of choices to eat. Our room was situated in a garden setting. The building and rooms were of an interesting style mostly of a darker wood. Rooms were well equipped, everything worked well. No wifi in...
