Quaint and quiet. Relaxed and elegant. A feast of art collection from paintings to artifact. Topped by a great and proficient property manager. His attention to detail and refined taste is striking. Well done Jani. A must try for a weekend escape in a gorgeous town.

Nothing to add really to the other reviewers. This place is splendid with style and characters, quiet because a bit away from the main road. Will absolutely return. Would only say that breakfast service is a bit difficult - you have to order piecemeal (or anyway, that's what our waitress did).

Dear taifun69, Thank you for staying with us at Satri House and we do look forward for your next visit! A more clear breakfast menu is already in place I hope all the misunderstandings are now clear on that menu :) Is now clearly divided in bread for all, choice of fruit or muesli or yogurt, the main dish that...

This is a truly delightful place to stay except when the water festival is in full swing.Deafening thumping music from the next door showground lasts all day and is impossible to escape. Also the locals and drunken visitors soak you as try to walk down the street. Most unpleasant so really do avoid the water festival. The hotel is incredibly stylish in...

Beautifully appointed room and super food. An oasis in the middle of Luang Prabang and is the place of choice if you want to do Luang Prabang in style. A superbly managed property with absolutely charming staff.

This is a most elegant and beautiful hotel with lovely facilities- beautifully furnished - lovely swimming pool and other pools. Gardens a delight. It is in a lovely quiet area, tucked back from the road and only a 15 minute stroll into town.

On entering the beautiful building we were immediately welcomed by staff with drinks and information on the grounds and surroundings. We were shown round the picturesque hotel which also had 2 very lovely swimming pools. The rooms were stunning with lots of space. Breakfast at the hotel was great , although some may like a buffet they went with a...

The place is a "total work of art" - the traditional building- the impressive collection of precious regional artifacts . We felt very relaxed in a wonderful secluded and quiet atmosphere- yet with one of the hotels bicycles or also by feet very close to the center of Luang Prabang or Mekong river site. The personal was very friendly and...

Satri House is a boutique hotel situated on the edge of town surrounded by gardens. Our room was comfortable and suitable for relaxing. There are two hotel pools to choose from. The staff are very friendly but very few speak much English, which wasn't a problem in this quiet town. We took advantage of free bikes to get into town...

We had a great stay here. It's only a 15min walk into town and the night market. The hotel is picturesque and has small charming enclaves. The pool is a great respite from the heat. We had the room above the library which worked out well since we were traveling with a young child. The service wasn't bad but as...
