Dirty, smelly and noisy rooms, housekeeping below standards (had to request cleaning at 5pm, no adapters available, no maintenance, no towels in the bathroom after room has been serviced...), bad internet connection, very poor quality of the food at breakfast and room service, air conditioning system is ancient. Worst of all, customer service is an unknown concept there: no improvement after...

Unfortunately , this is a filthy hotel and though its not very old! the room service is below average you really need to order 1 hour before and not all the room items in the list are available. and don't expect to get a late night dessert here. Sadly the shower was broken and filthy with yellow stains and to...

I have stayed in Habitat plenty of times because of business and i can say that is the one of the worst hotels ever and every time i go to jeddah on business is my nightmare just because of this hotel. Huge rooms but old ones, stink mould and cigarette, not clean at all! Stay away from that place!

I have previously reviewed this hotel, but having been here now for nearly 3 months I have more of an idea now of how this hotel operates (or in the Habitats case, doesn't operate) The staff are in the main completely disinterested. There are one or 2 who smile and attempt to interact, but on the whole they aren't interested...

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don't usually fuss when I'm on business trips as I never spend too much time in the room but this hotel was atrocious. I knew something was shady about the place the moment their driver picked me up from the airport. No smile or courtesy just a miserable face who could...

Every room is a suite with an enormous living space with everything you could wish for room service and food of a very high standard, one down side was the upkeep , wallpaper peeling and lamp had no plug just bare wires into socket.

Initially the hotel looks ok, but when you scratch the surface it all goes a bit pear-shaped. The wi-fi is rubbish, constantly having to log in and a really weak signal. The room is ok, but very tired....peeling wallpaper, dirty stained grout and bathroom fittings, and a complete lack of natural light in the sitting area makes for a rather...

I have stayed in this hotel over 10 times in past 3 years and it is always great. The only thing is that AC is too cold even if you turn it off in the rooms Staff and management are all good and nice. They can also do with making their breakfast of a larger variety for a hotel of...
