The property is slightly away from other main hotels in town.
Not a great entrance to attract you with. Lobby on first floor.
Impressed with the front desk who kept everything ready for me to check in at 4 in the morning.
Loved the breakfast with indian poori, dosa and chutnies.
Decent price.
Good service
The property is old but remember you will end up seeing same even in other branded ones.
Strongly advised for Indians.
Clean rooms.
Ironboard available.
Would stay here unless I get another hotel with basic comforts I am looking for.
I went there for Iftaar !
Lavish spread with so many options !
I enjoyed the food variety
A little expensive but worth the experience
I went with my husband . The staff,Decor, seating arrangements , the spread all of them was amazing.
While the hotel hall is in good conditions, already in the corridors you could smell something strange: the moquette was dirty, water was falling from the ceiling and there was just a small pot to contain it. The floor around was wet.
The room was also very dirty: pillows had not-better-specified yellow stains so that I had to use a double cover on them just to avoid the sensation of a direct contact. Curtains were also unacceptably dirty, as it was the window glass.
All in all, his would prevent me to come back again.
The refurbished rooms are not so bad but the good really ends there.
Don't bother trying the breakfast it's really not worth it. If you have an option stay somewhere else.
The aircon was not very effective(can get very un comfy in the afternoon) there is a free drop/pickup to a mall (sort of)
There is a issue wth the laundry so be sure to do that early in the morning
"Hotel is about 7-8 mins drive from the main shopping area of Ballad, there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel."Read full review
