The room had problem with doors and toilet. It should have been fixed before guest come in. However they fixed it after we informed them, but it was an unpleasant experience. No window in the room so we couldn't get fresh air in the room. The food at hotel restaurant was fine.

Upon arrival in Isfahan we learned that a convention took place resulting in many hotels to be fully booked. We had Safavi Hotel in mind to stay, but they were also fully booked. We just hung around and browsed for other hotels, when one of the owners told us they also have an apartment. And that we could stay there...

It was neat and nice place. Surrounded by historical places, almost located in the center of the city. Every day service making room tidy. New tooth brushes, shampoo, soap and packed towels. Sausage and potato for breakfast was delicious!

Hi Mrs.Bateni! We're back in Hong Kong! We had a great stay at your hotel, and most of it was because of you. Thanks for helping us find cabs, finding our way around the city, and money exchanging, all of that. The rooms were delightful, cozy and clean. We ate at the hotel restaurant practically everyday, it was very convenient...

The location is the biggest feature of this hotel (a few minutes walking distance from the square). Beyond that, its fairly average. Wifi worked ok. Breakfast was about average (for Iran). Beds were kind on the firm side. My room had a window facing a dark alley (so no view, and very little light).

This cozy hotel is located in a privileged area, in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious and perfectly fine for our stay. The staff is quite helpful and very very kind. Also there's a plus: you will be kindly received by Reihan at the reception and she is very kind and speaks english fluently. In fact,...

Here I have been several times and enjoyed my stay. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, nice little breakfast but one thing makes this especial, very close to royal square of Naqshe jahan. There are no restaurants around and you have to get your own food and back here. Enjoy coffee in its cafe and have a nice time
